not bad for either side, houston gets arguably the worse contract (batum has a po he will likely take same summer andersen expires) but batum fills more of a need for them. charlotte should be quicker to make this, melton is decent and given the contract they swap, andersen isn't terrible. and getting a pick never hurts.
