How are theey hitting there team. There trading Harris for Butler plus giving up a pick and a player. Yep players for a way better player is not gutting your team. If the Lakers trade for Davis that is gutting your team.

Um, perhaps the point is that Butler is an expiring contract and Davis is locked in for multiple years?

They are getting Butler for a year, then he leaves, and to get that, they give up their future PF who is 22, their future SG who is 24, and this years 1st round pick.
