Portland get Dellavedova, Snell, Henson
Milwaukee get Turner, Harkless, Leonard, POR 1st

This is an exchange of garbage but..

- It allows Portland to avoid the tax for the next couple of years.

- It gives Milwaukee a 1st and the Bucks get out of Snell's third year.

I can't see Portland taking on the third year of Snell and giving up a first to take on 3 bad non-expiring contracts for their 3 bad non-expiring contracts. If one of those were expiring, it would be more reasonable.

@Bmiller Portland saves 7.8 mil this year and 9.9 mil the next. Instead they will have to pay huge tax in the next two years for a team that hasn't real chance for WCF. The price for that is Snell's 12.2 mil in 2020 and the 1st.
For sure the Blazers could do better sending Leonard and the 1st to SAC, but they don't seem to be interested.

Player for player the blazers are better off with their guys and years remaining. Turner, Leonard, Harkless could all be bought out for less, and stretched next season if the blazers are desperate.
