Which Brooks? I would be hesitant to offer two 2nds for Clarkson when parsons could be 12.5mil salary savings. Clarkson really sucks, Chandler would be useful as a bench player.

Also, I’m not fan of Clarkson, but for a team that lacks scoring and seems to be very regimented, I think he could come in and carry your offense with the 2nd unit for 20 minutes a night. He’s a black hole, but his offense isn’t inefficient. When he’s hitting he can keep you in a game you have no business being in. - Cavs fan that’s seen his team in games that they have no business being in.

MEM is seeing what Parsons wants to do. It would be an injury retirement. Just like Steve Nash. He can't play for weeks to Months after playing one game. MEM will still get relief cap though. Lots on this from the Nash situation. Parsons had been at it for 3 seasons and gotten nowhere. It will ultimately be up to Parsons but a lot of people think that Parsons is going to hang it up, soon.
