No, they're not the same at all. Tucker is a great defender and a near useless offensive player. Warren is an ok defender and a really good offensive player. Overall impact on the game might be similar, but not that similar of games. (I would argue that Warren is a much more valuable player due to scoring and age)

I guess my point is that in the Rockets offense Warren and Tucker basically do the same thing. 3 and D types. Warren will not have the same role in Houston that he had in Phoenix.
