I think the Bucks say no. Yes booker would be a great fit with giannis because of his shooting but Jackson negates it. And Middleton is doing great for the Bucks. THey could just deal brogdon and maker for a 3 and D SF.

The bucks can use a second star to keep Giannis happy.
It's a steep price to pay for Booker, but talentwise he's better than Middleton or Brogdon.
The Bucks aren't a free agent market and they're to good to go high in the draft. they're able to sign players like Middelton in free agency and they can draft a player like Brogdon with a late first round pick, But if they want a player like Booker, they have to pay a big price for it.

I think Phoenix would want a lot more for Booker. A lot. A mid first, a late first, and two role players just wouldn’t do it.

He's not better than Middleton and he makes more money.

Middleton is all star caliber not a role player he's a better playmaker and defender and has more experience running an offense.

I know it's a steep price. Both Middleton and Brogdon are good players. But the bucks have little chance to ad a second starplayer. They're to good to get one in the draft and they're no big free agent destinantion. They could sign a new Middleton or draft a new Brogdon, but their best chance getting a second star is trading for one and pay the price.
And i think Booker could keep Giannis happy in the long term.

Phoenix is the team that says no in my opinion. Losing Middleton is really tough, but you bring in Booker just might be worth it. You only move Middleton for a star, but Booker can be that guy, and he's still so young. Jackson isn't worth his contract, but he's an ok bench PG, and there's only one more year on the contract after this one.

I think Phoenix would need to get a lot more back though. Booker is the guy they want to build around, and he's definitely still young enough to do so. They aren't going to give that up for a couple of middle to late round picks.
