Heat save money this year and gets a starting PG in Burke while Dragic is out.

Knicks save money next year and gets a late pick (or two 2nds)

maybe without the picks. But even then Miami is going to say no. They're not a franchise that takes bad contracts and rebuilts by the long way.
NY clears money for the 2020 free agent market, so they can do this without the picks.
