76ers don't want Lee. It's their last year to sign quality players in FA. I think Vonleh for Amir Johnson + best 2nd rounder this year and next year could get the deal done.

You're basically swapping Fultz' cap hit for Lee's cap hit. They also have about 4 players that are absolutely guaranteed to be on the roster next year so adding a 5th would be a good idea. Lee's cap hit doesn't prevent you from being a player in free agency and you're getting 3 guys that can contribute this year and sending out 2 guys who can't. If "win now" is the move then this trade makes perfect sense for Philly.
