Three way deal:

To ATL - Zubac, Lee, Knicks 2019 and 2021 seconds

To LAL - Lin

To NYK- Rondo

Knicks clear cap space for this summer.

Atlanta gets a decent young Center, and takes on Lee’s extra year to get draft capital.

Lakers upgrade at the PG position while also keeping cap flexibility for this offseason.

How is Lin an upgrade over Rondo.

usa, he shoots considerably better, and they need 3PT shooting (35% to 31% from three), and the Lakers already have a bunch of ball handlers, so Rondo is excess to requirements.

They need someone who will feed Lebron the rock. Rondo can do that.

Lin is a much better fit with Lebron than Rondo. Lebron doesn't need someone that will feed him the rock, he needs someone that will play off the ball. That's not Rondo. It's not really Lin either, but he's better off the ball at least. (They should have signed Seth Curry, he'd be a better fit than either of them)

Yeah but they can use Zubac in a better deal. Why would give him up to get Lin?
