I’m saying this isn’t a trade within the same conference. the Celtics will not be playing kyrie come postseason unless they make it all the way to the finals, you’re saying just because these two teams have a rivalry history they can’t make a trade to become better more complete teams. pretty simple.

Detroit stealing value. Drummond is the only real value they're sending out, and they get Hayward AND two pretty good young players.

That’s not true. Hayward is considered by many to be a bad contract at this point. Good player but not worth that money on certain teams, like the Celtics. Teams in dire need of an actual wing though, such as the pistons, could take the chance. Not sure how high everyone is on Lonzo at this point either but it’s a fact he’s an upgrade over Jackson.

If Kyrie wants to play with LeBron he can sign this summer. I don't think the Lakers need to give up good young players to get him now.
