A one year rental of butler for a champion contender is worth more than a bad contract, at best role players and a pick in the mid to late 2s. This is ridiculous. Legit you likely won’t get a taker for knight with a first. Let alone an all star and all nba defense. This is just nonsense.

I'd think the Sixers would be willing to throw in guys like fultz and/ or ziare smith to get this type of deal done, but agree that houston isn't really giving up anything for butler.
