- Clips are both building for the future and this years free agency since they won't be resigning Harris

- 76ers going all in this year adding more scoring and big man depth. Harris is a great fit next to Embiid.

Huge upgrade from Saric! To end with Butler, Harris after starting with Covington, Saric is good GMing. Fultz for Burks would put Brand in line for GM of the year, and Philly is the East favorite easily now. Buy-out candidates will want to be in Philly too.

Why would the Clippers not re-sign Harris. They have his bird rights. Clippers plan is to go after Kawahi. If they sign him, they can then re-sign Harris and keep most of their current roster. Adding Leonard will be enough to make them competitive. They could use a center to replace Gortat. If they could somehow swing a deal for Vucevic, sign Leonard, and re-sign Harris, they would be awesome.
