Let's just say for arguments sake the wizards take that deal. What makes you think both Draymond and vuc are both going to take discounts in free agency?
Wouldnt draymond just take the discount to continue to playing with GS?

Green not a free agent.

K thompson and KD are the free agents, Green's still under contract.

And KCP is an FA, not sure how you’re trading him.

Just another Lakers fan who believes the teams "assets" have value. Outside of Lebron and Kuzma, there really is not much there.

Wiz aren't going to trade Beal with Wall out. Beal would have to demand it, and that hasn't happened.

20 a year for vuc is a discount?

Shiller, I think $20 mil/ year for Vucevic is about right. Once the max slots are filled with the Durants, Leonard and Butlers of this FA class, not many teams with cap space will be looking to sign him. Drives down the asking price. Much like why Clint Capella only got $15 mil last season.

Yes.20 mil is a discount. There's a ton of teams with money this year. It may be a bad move for whoever does it since Vuc clearly isn't a game changer, but i'd bet the house he gets more then that.

Capela was a different situation with everyone saving thier money for this offseason.
