Phoenix gets Wall, Patterson, protected Washington 1st

Washington gets Roberson, Jackson

Oklahoma City gets Warren, Howard, 2 Washington 2nds

Phoenix can afford to wait for Wall. If it works out, they get a star who can redefine his career in Phoenix. If it doesn't, they get the pick and risk only a bit.

Washington could keep Roberson (dpoy candidate when healthy) reunited with his Brooks. Or they could buy out the final year of his deal and get out of TONS of salary in exchange for a first. Rebuild around Beal.

Oklahoma seems committed to the luxury tax and going for a championship (I'm one of the proud few who think they could do it this year). Flip Dre for Warren and Patterson for Dwight is splashy and risky. But they get back more offense and athleticism. Helps depth.

Risk only a bit? He’s going to be on the wrong side of 3. Coming back from heel and Achilles surgery. And making 45+ million for multiple years.

You might have wall on your team for 4 more years taking up a little less than half your cap. The Wizards would need to multiple unprotected picks to get off of Wall.
