Atlanta can give NO the best package and they have the capspace to sign a second star that could come. Most players rather win championships with small market teams than play for Big market teams and miss the playoffs.

Trading for young unproven players could net you all Lonzo Ball, Frank Nkilitina, Brandon Ingram, Trae Young, Andrew Wiggins. Take years to develop, if they ever do. I'd want a combo of some sort to diversify a little, even if I was the for sale Pelicans.
