If playoff starts today the match in the West would be

1 GS vs 8 LAC
2 DEN vs 7 UTA
3 HOU vs 6 OKC
4 POR vs 5 SAS

what a terrible stretch by OKC move them to #6 to play the Rockets. DEN will be having a hard time against UTA, POR SAS interesting while it's almost walk in the park for GS

GSW in 5 or 6 - I think everyone gets this. Clips are scrappy, they'll get at least 1
DEN in 6 - DEN has the deeper team, and has the matchups player 4 player. Fun series
HOU in 6 - HOU will team shoot OKC out of building
POR in 7- Home court teams. S. A. could pull off an upset, then lose in the 2nd round. Good for DEN/ UTA.

@jorgawood I don’t disagree with you, but it depends on which version of okc and Houston show up. Both teams have looked like either an unbeatable teams and a cripplingly top heavy teams. Depends on supporting casts and who is on fire at the time.

I think the clippers finish 6th, spurs 7th, okc 8th. Thunder have an atrocious final 10 games stretch. Clippers have a pretty favorable final 10.

GSW
DEN
HOU
POR
UTA
LAC
SAS
OKC

GSW-OKC GSW 6
DEN-SAS DEN 6
HOU-LAC HOU 5-6
POR-UTA UTA 7.

@churchP, the Thunder always have the chance to win. Even if they finish 8th they are still the 3rd,4th or 5th best in the west, 8th,9th or 10th best in the league. If they push the pace, cause turnovers, HOU is in trouble.
