I think the Nurkic contract is too good to let go of for a couple years of Aldridge before he retires.

I wouldn’t give up nurkic for Aldridge. Nurkic is much younger, cheaper, and a great defender. If Portland could make it some youth (Collins and/ or Simons), I’d definitely do it. Adding Aldridge to lillard, McCollum, and nurkic would be really good.
