So the Lakers get Conley and only drop 3 spots in the draft for Lonzo? I don't think that's how it works. Memphis likely gets Morant with the 2nd pick and likely wouldn't need or want Dunn. The Lakers trading for Conley, they would lose the cap space to give Vucevic the contract that he would get anywhere else.

I dig it. Trevor Ariza would be a good pickup as well. Lebron had his only success with a stretch 4. Kuzma shouldn't buy into the type of player Ariza is just yet because he has more potential. And you didn't mention BI. Lakers have a lot of potential to make a contender.

@Gpack17 you got to read the whole deal. It’s really the Lakers Give Lonzo, move down spots (from 4 to 7), and give a further first for Conley. That’s super fair.

Tbh I think the deal may be better and simpler if Lonzo went Memphis and then Grizzlies move down from 2 to 4 (to pick Garland, Tennessee guy and pairs great with Lonzo), the Bulls move up to 2 and then the Bulls have to send something extra to the Grizzles like a couple of future picks. Okay, maybe that’s not simpler lol.

There's also more to it. There's 3 teams involved. The Grizzlies will be able to get a much better package from somewhere else for Conley. They are about to get Morant. Why would they want Dunn or in the other listing, lonzo?

Because I said Memphis could move down to 4. Lonzo and Darius Garland would be a match made in heaven.
