Memphis isn't going to get a better offer.
Mozgov is expiring next summer and Fournier is a good shootingguard on a reasonable contract.

And Conley deserves to play for a playoff team.

I don't understand why Memphis would trade a solid starting PG (a top 15 PG at worst) for two poor vets. Memphis will be looking for a decent prospect or a first to move him.

Conley is a great pointguard, but he's over 30, has a big contract, had some injurys and was never an all star.
So an expiring contract and Fournier isn't a bad deal in my opinion.

And the memphis pick is top 5 protected next year, so they better tank, develop young players, try to keep the pick and sign a good free agent in 2020.

The only reason Conley has never been an allstar is because of all the guards out west, bigger name guys in the wesf, Memphis’s pace/ play style and the way he plays. The guy is one of the 7 or 8 best point guards in the league and it’s a pretty impressive group. You’re not getting him for an expiring contract and low end starting Sg making almost 20 million. Fournier doesn’t help Memphis in any way.
