Al Horford looking for deals outside of BOS

Here i think are some good fits for him

SAS- his style of play fits perfectly under this system, the problem is they need to dump salaries to afford him

NOP- they have the cap to sign him for 20 per. He is a good locker room guy that will have a great impact with their young guys along with Holiday.

POR- same as Spurs they need to dump salaries to afford him but i see him as a major piece to go along with Lillard & McCollum

SAC- although the Kings might be looking for a younger center, Horford has proven he can be a very good team mate to young group

MIL- if Lopez leaves, Horford could fill in but i don't think they can afford him though

What do you think guys?

I could honestly see him return to Atlanta on a mentor ship 6th man type role if they pay him decent. They need a guy like that around Trae.

He will probably end up on a contending team. None of the teams mentioned above fit that bill.
If he wanted to be a "mentor", he should stay in Boston.
He wants a ring.

Horford could start next to Collins and mentor him and whatever big man they select at 10/ 17.

Sacramento probably makes the most sense.

Ritequick - As a Hawks fan I definitely like the idea. I don’t really see it being a 6th man role though. He would be the starting center next to collins. The fourth year that they are talking about is what scares me. Don’t want to commit that kind of money long term and be stuck with a bad contract in 4 years when Trae, Collins, Huerter, and this year’s picks are in their primes.

Joe if he wants a ring, how many teams with a real potential to win can pay him? How much does he wants?

Maybe try to agree on a 3+1 with a team option for the 4th year?

Usa. contendong teams can always find a way to add players. Like Golden state did with Cousins last year.
They could be acandidate to sign him
Lakers? Clippers, if they sign Leonard.
