MIN-SAC

MIN: 2nd round pick

SAC: Gorgui Dieng (2yrs in contract left), Josh Okogie, 2021 1st round pick (no protection)

SAC only do this if they strike out on FA's. They get 2 assets (Okogie & pick) for taking 2 years of Dieng. Pure salary dump for MIN

BOS-MIN

BOS: Jeff Teague & 2 2nd round picks (SAC/own)

MIN: top 20 protected 1st round pick in 2022

BOS do have the cap space and if both of their point guards leave, Teague could be a nice temporary starter for next year.

MIN dumped around $37mil in those deals setting up a D'Angelo Russell signing for 4yr/$95mil

MIN fill the roster with min guys

Kings don't even let Minnesota hang up and sets up a conference csll with NBA HQ.

The only problem is that it would have to be a 2020 1st because teams can not trade consectitive first rounders.

I don't see teams trading completely unprotected picks unless they're teams like the Lakers. If minny misses the playoffs (very likely), their chances of jumping into the top 3 are much higher than before.
