To keep the CAP lower for Houston and make a Iggy trade happen when Grizzlies ask for a 1st!

Houston want to win NOW! They get two centers that both may have 15m left in the tank per night and have Faried. Iggy may be a missing piece. Memphis get another first for the rebuild. Mavs get a real center and defense in the middle and the wing - voila.
