I like this trade idea, the value is pritty close.

McCollum is a great fit in Philly
I believe Harris would be an improvement for that team and the pick gives them future flexibility. But i don't think Blazerfans are ready to trade McCollum, unless they get a proven star (all star) or a great package draft picks.
