Pacers: Jonathan Isaac, 2025 1st(Den)
Magic: Buddy Hield

Pacers: Tari Eason, #20 pick
Rockets: Isaiah Jackson, #26 & #29 picks.

#7: Taylor Hendricks
#20: Ben Sheppard/Leonard Miller

Isaac/Hendricks
Eason/Nwora
Turner/Smith
Mathurin/Duarte
Haliburton/Nembhard

Nothing Flashy but it works toward the rebuilding and it also addresses the defensive short-comings I think. If Isaac can stay healthy there will be an absurd amount of rim protection. If not sign a rotational PF. I believe T. Eason is OG Anunoby 2.0!

If Tari Eason is Anunoby 2.0, why are the Rockets giving him and a better pick?

2.) 16 Jun 2023 09:28:47
Magic better of keeping Isaac & Nuggets pick.

3.) 16 Jun 2023 16:06:34
Just not seeing the second one as #26+#29=#20 and Eason > Jackson.

4.) 17 Jun 2023 02:19:38
The second trade is is a starting point. I really like Eason and feel he is what the Pacers need with this young group. Lets take the number 20 pick out. maybe even sweeten the pot a little more. The first trade? The Magic are better off keeping Isaac and the Denver pick? If Hield works out for them then they have a lot more floor spacing for Banquero. If the trade doesn't work out the way they want then Hield will be trade eligible again by the end of December. There will be plenty of teams willing to pay for his shooting and expiring contract at the trade deadline!

Do you really think we can get Anunoby for Hield?

2.) 27 May 2022 11:42:06
You can take trade #2 and shooter it up you poop shute.

3.) 27 May 2022 12:45:48
I like OG on the Pacers, but the Raps say hell no to that.

4.) 27 May 2022 16:42:57
I actually like trade 2 if they can get Murray @6. He’s not far behind Ivey/ Sharpe and Brogdon is definitely better than Holmes and Holiday. I don’t see why Pacers would trade Brogdon when Murray is projected at 6 anyways.

Trade 1 is a quick no from Raps

McConnell won’t get a mid 1st.

5.) 27 May 2022 17:03:01
You think that Sacramento likes Brogdon enough to give up 2 spots in the draft, take on $6 mil in salary this year as well as $30 mil in salary over the following 3 years? And then most likely have to draft Brodgon's replacement at #6?

Try pushing Brodgon on a team that needs a PG like NY or Minnesota.

6.) 27 May 2022 18:41:22
You should like him enough. I would most definitely pay an extra 10mil a year for Brogdon to be on my team rather than Holmes. Brogdon is one of those players that is a perfect fit for any team. He’s been one of the most efficient players in the league since coming in while giving + defense as well. Would be a great compliment to Fox.

Pacers don’t really have to trade up for Murray as he’s already projected @6. If anything they prolly take Ivey. There’s not a whole lot of difference between 4-6 this year. Ivey Sharpe and Murray are all pretty much right there together. Kings want to get better and make the playoffs, this is the kindve trade that makes you better. You get 2 starters instead of 1.

Fox/ Brogdon/ Barnes/ Murray/ Sabonis

Haliburton/ Ivey/ Hield/ Smith/ Turner.

7.) 27 May 2022 18:50:37
What’s wrong with taking extra salary if it makes you better? 10 extra mil a year isn’t very much.

8.) 27 May 2022 20:16:14
Refresh my memory, what has Brogdon done since his 50-40-90 season? Absolutely nothing. Yea, that's what I thought.

9.) 27 May 2022 21:11:57
Must have some lousy research on him if you think he hasn’t done anything since that season (last year on Bucks)

On the Pacers alone his career averages have been 19/ 5/ 6 on 45/ 35/ 87 while giving good defense so that theory is incredibly wrong.

My question should be what has Holmes EVER done for you not to take a substantial better player and still getting 1 of the 3 players in the same tier in this draft?

10.) 27 May 2022 23:27:54
For starters, I don't view Murray in the same tier as Ivey and Sharpe. Murray gets a ton of consideration because of fit and a lack of PFs that follow after him.

Brogdon's stats = Buddy Hield stats. And you omitted the most important Brogdon stat of all (mot really surprising of NBA16). Only 60% availability over the last 3 seasons. 60% is also Holmes career shooting percentage.

11.) 28 May 2022 01:01:32
Brogdon is also twice the player as Hield. Much better playmaker, finisher, rebounder and defender. Terrible comparison.

Also Murray is definitely the same tier as them. Which is why Murray has been projected between 4-6 all season long. 23/ 9 which great defense and shooting at all 3 levels and drawing comps to Siakam definitely puts him in the 2nd tier.

Holmes is below average. Ofc his shooting % is that Bc all he is, is a roller and put back guy. He’s a below average starter and solid backup.

But we know you overrate all Kings players considering you sent Barnes and HOLMES LOL for Siakam like don’t try.

12.) 28 May 2022 01:58:19
Calling Holmes a roller and put back guy shows that you don't watch Holmes play. He scores primarily from a push-shot from the elbow and on transition buy out running the opponents big man.

13.) 28 May 2022 02:02:48
additionally, at the start of the season, The Sporting News ranked Holmes #15 of all the starting centers in the league. So more knowledgeable experts find your assessment of Holmes to be false. Not surprising.

14.) 28 May 2022 03:18:02
That same site had Holmes over Robert Williams, Adams, Peoltl and Carter Jr as well. Same seems like you and that “expert” having terribly valuing on Holmes, who was the starting center when the Kings were dead last in points given up in the paint.

I can very well name 15 centers over Holmes.
Embiid Jokic Gobert Towns Vucevic Valanciunas Capela Turner Williams Adams Peoltl Porzingis Allen Ayton Nurkic (Sabonis if you count him) Wood Carter Jr Lopez. That’s 18/ 19 just off the top of my head. I would also prefer Noel, Drummond, Harrelland Portis over Holmes. That’s over 20. Once again Fred shows homerism.

Three trade proposal:

Pacers receive Bogdanovic and Huerter
Hawks receive Brogdon and #60.

Pacers receive Bridges, #56 and #57 picks.
Hornets receive Turner.

Pacers receive #23 pick.
Rockets receive J. Lamb.

Warren/Brisset/
Bridges/Holiday/Martin
Sabonis/Bitadze/
Bogdanovic/Huerter/Sumner
Levert/McConnell/ A. Holiday

Re-sign TJ McConnell for $8.5M x 3yrs?

Possible draft picks at #13 and #23 are F. Wagner PF, and U. Garuba PF/C.

Rebuild and Reload. No need to try and get a big time free agent which won't come to Indy anyway. Also, can sell second round picks or package them for a player. Can even use them for extra 2 spots if allowed again and 2-way players.

1.) 09 Jun 2021 19:23:53
Tickets not trading picks for Lamb.

2.) 09 Jun 2021 20:03:47
I think Hawks are happy with SG combo.

3.) 09 Jun 2021 20:16:33
Why would the Rockets do that?

4.) 09 Jun 2021 20:31:53
Hawks and Hornets both say no.

5.) 09 Jun 2021 21:56:13
Rockets* jesus.

6.) 10 Jun 2021 01:59:37
Hornets might consider or replace bridges with Hayward and add lamb.

Reports have Charlotte in hot pursuit of Myles Turner. If I am Indy here is my trade proposal:

Pacers Receive: C. Zeller, P.J. Washington and 2021 first.

Charlotte Receives: M. Turner, A. Holiday, 2021 second via Mil.

With Ball out now they cannot really afford to move Grahm, and Holiday gives them some additional depth. i know Charlotte fans will not like the idea of giving up that first round pick but that is the only way the Pacers do this.

1.) 22 Mar 2021 19:54:52
Does Marvin Bagley and a lottery protected first (converts to 2 seconds if not conveyed) for Turner work for you?

2.) 22 Mar 2021 21:18:59
Is the report true that some GM's don't value Bagley?

3.) 22 Mar 2021 23:25:47
Bagley has hardly any value right now.

17 Jan 2021 04:24:05
Deadline trade in February:

Pacers receive Jerami Grant

Pistons receive Myles Turner + Pick and or picks, or TJ McConnell or E. Sumner.

I believe that this type of trade would put the Pacers in the top tier area of the NBA. But, would the Pistons be willing to do it?

Warren/McDermott
Grant/J. Holiday
Sabonis/Bitadze
Levert/Lamb
Brogdan/A. Holiday

Pretty good second unit also (IMO)!

this trade can help pacers but I think turner has more value than grant.

I think the Pacers would say no to the first trade. With the new CBA those late first round/ early second round picks are going to be more valuable than before.
The second pick isn't legal. If the Pacers trade there 1st this year then they can't trade there first next year.

Is nobody else concerned about the fact that O. G. missed 39 games 2 seasons ago, and 34 games last season due to injuries? We seem to be offering a lot of assets for a guy that only played in 55% of the games over the last 2 seasons.

No need for the clippers to be involved in this. I think they will try to move Brogdon. They need to clear the way for Haliburton. Atlanta could be a possible trade partner. They need a consistant scorer which he is when Healthy to play alongside and back up Trey. Not sure that the Pacers would be interested in just Gallinari though.

The Pacers can keep the players they have signed for next year. They have 2 or 3 decent draft picks for next year. That means they will have either 13 or 14 players signed for just under 100 million. That leaves them around $22 million to spend this summer to fill their 15 positions! This trade proposal is completely one sided!
