Common man, jackson is not going to be traded. Grizzlies will be stuck with the 2 most overpaid whiteboys. Why would pelicans want 33 yr old (next yr) horford in rebuilding yr. For 30 mil per yr. Kyrie is gone. Celtics are better with him. But if you continue to post like this, danny Ainge might need to look over his shoulder😉.

Horford is included for salary purposes shizzee. He's a massive expiring contract and a great role player. They could easily flip him for assets.
Why would they want Rondo and McGee? They don't, it's salary cap filler.
That said, yeah, Rozier can't be included until Dec 15th if he resigns (he can't be at all if he signs a offer sheet that is matched) . Rozier being involved in any AD trade at this point is nearly impossible.

Grizzlies receive: Jabari Parker, Denzel Valentine, Ryan Arcidiacono, CHI 2019 2nd, Chi 2020 2nd
The Bulls get a quality point guard and do not give up too many assets to acquire Anthony Davis. They also get rid of Jabari Parker who has been dead money on the team.
The Grizzlies begin a rebuild while clearing some space with getting rid of Mike Conley and also receiving some young talent. They also get two 2nd round picks from a team that should not do well and those 2nd rounders may very well end up being almost late 1st rounders.

Don't think the Celtics would do any of these moves. Baynes is better than Johnson, and would be significantly cheaper than the price tag you set. Horford is probably better than Whiteside, so why would they add a very good young talent too?

I don’t like the trade. I think Horford is more valuable at this point than Gasol.
Also, that starting lineup doesn’t seem right. I really think they’re going to go with Irving, Hayward, Brown, Tatum, Horford as their starting 5. Few teams can even start to match up against those 3 wings. It leaves them without a PF, but worth the possible defensive disadvantage (also, Hayward is still tall, he’s capable of handling quite a few PFs in the NBA today) .

I don't like the deal for either the Grizz or C's. Gasol is in decline, and I like Rozier as the lead backup for Boston going forward. As for the Grizz, Rozier would be a very good addition, but taking on Horford is counterproductive for a rebuilding team. I only see a deal working if it becomes a three way deal where Horford ends up somewhere else and additional assets come from that team back to both the Grizz and C's.

Unless they hit on the lottery, there is no way they get that Lakers pick. There are just to many awful teams and the Lakers have more reason to try and play well (convince free agents there is talent) than go full youth movement.
That trade isn't any where near Davis. On Paper that's less than the Cavs got for Irving and Davis is a better player and on a longer contract. Plus, NOs has no reason to move him. Horford has little value to NOs if they trade Davis. That Sacramento pick would have to be added at the very least and that's only if you can find a 3rd team to give up serious assets for Horford. I think a package would have to include Tatum/ Brown, Sac pick and a third team for Horford bringing some young assets/ expirings to NOs plus maybe another pick.

We are already over the cap now and we are trading our highest paid player and only saving about 7 million that you will probably be giving to Kyrie in his extension. Plus that trade for AD is horrible as rkenne_16 stated. Makes us Celtics fans look bad.

Celtics don't need Davis they can trade horford for a younger player or picks and keep building a team with young stars they have two young and good players. if anything they should bring in a vet at center and maybe sign Bradley back for about 10 mil and trade off a few players to make that happen.
Irving and Tatum. Hayward and brown are there future. bring in vets to surround them. and Celtics win like warriors with speed and athleticism.
