1. Gallinari can't stay healthy
2. the heat don't need more bigs they have whiteside olynyk bam johnson and winslow not to mention aj hammons and udonis who all can play.
so they absolutely don't do this unless they get a first round pick because being on the hook for the rest of that gallinari contract would be awful its like the chandler parsons deal.
