Emeka okafor to Minnesota for 2024 2nd top 55 protected

1.) 05 Sep 2018 12:39:51
Why would Minnesota want Okafor? They have too many bigs as it is.

01 Sep 2018 14:41:51

Magic-Brooklyn Trade

Magic Recieve-Spencer Dinwiddie

Nets receive-Justin Jackson,2020 okc 1st

1.) 14 Aug 2018 05:49:43
Wtf u on, jackson is on kings.

2.) 14 Aug 2018 06:46:33
There's another Justin Jackson who came out of Maryland this year.

3.) 14 Aug 2018 08:22:54
Oops sorry.

4.) 14 Aug 2018 12:35:00
Hhhahhhahahhahhah typical.

5.) 14 Aug 2018 13:23:10
Dinwiddie isn't worth a 1st Rd pick, even a late one.

6.) 14 Aug 2018 23:55:22
Ugh yes he is worth a (really late 1st) he averaged like 12ppg 6ast and 3rb I think so to me he actually can play most 2nd rd picks are just d league.

Cavs trade George hill to Knicks for Joakim Noah,2019 1st to 4 protected

1.) 12 Aug 2018 17:10:16
Lol. Knicks fan?

2.) 12 Aug 2018 17:52:55
Lee and Noah plus top 5 protected for hill And Smith. now Knicks have lots of cap next year.

3.) 12 Aug 2018 18:23:25
Kevin Love 2 1st for Noah since you cavs fans are in clowning mood.

4.) 12 Aug 2018 18:42:37
It wil take a first to move the two years of Noah and Lee contract I say Knicks get pick 8 -11.

5.) 12 Aug 2018 18:55:26
Shizzee closing mood? It would take more than just 1 protected 1st to move Noah. Look what it took just to move Faried.

6.) 12 Aug 2018 18:56:00
I wouldn't give up a top ten pick in next years draft for George hill. His numbers were bad with the kings and they were bad with the cavs. Even to trade noah.

7.) 12 Aug 2018 19:34:47
Btec, The point of the trade is to get Noah off the books and open up cap space. It doesn’t matter if Hill is goood or not. He’s only guaranteed to make a million dollars after this season. You can buy him out for the 20million left on his contracts before the season begins and have an extra 7 million to spend this off season when you’re hoping to get 2 stars.

8.) 12 Aug 2018 19:58:01
Fully aware rkenne16, just substitute cap space in place of the name George hill since they symbolize the same thing if that works for you? It's a noah dump for Hill because of his 20 mil guaranteed for a likely top ten pick. What is it you think I'm confused about? What point am I missing? Said the circle to the triangle.

9.) 12 Aug 2018 20:48:13
If you weren’t confused about the reason for the trade, then why even comment on Hill’s ability to play? It’s irrelevant.

10.) 12 Aug 2018 20:55:44
Because a top 10 pick and noah are worth more than George hill, so if that's the case might as well give a brief reason why hill isn't enough. Who crapped in your cornflakes surly sally?

11.) 12 Aug 2018 23:26:01
The market has shown that that would be the price of doing business, if not more than that price. We just saw the Faried trade for a 1st and a 2nd and apparently the Mavs weren’t willing to do a Bazemore Mathews swap to move up from 5 to 3. Both deals are far more palatable than taking on Noah.

12.) 13 Aug 2018 04:16:16
Rkenne16 there's a difference between the nuggets projected pick and the knicks for 2019. Even the nuggets top 12 protected their pick. Which is going to be a significantly higher draft pick likely. No one trades a top ten for near nothing or only salary cap relief. A top ten lottery pick for George hill or "salary relief" is absurd. Your a cavs fan and you enjoy being ridiculous or something because this isn't rational in anyway. The Brooklyn pick you guarded like the family jewelz why would ny be any different?

13.) 13 Aug 2018 05:04:55
Btec, the difference is 2 full years of 18 million dollars kept worth of a guy you can’t let in your facilities. It’s not about the Cavs. Go look at all of my comments on Noah. I’ve responded the same to all of them. You can trade him to the Suns, Hawks, Nets, etc. Even an unprotected Knicks pick might not do it. You’re committing to a ridiculous amount of dead money in a market where no one has cap space and a ton of teams want it. It’s not hard to understand where the market is right now.

14.) 13 Aug 2018 06:12:17
It's only 16 mil the cavs are taking on after riddding hills 20 mil. At this moment that knicks pick could be a #1 and there is no way in hell a team trades a pick that golden given the projections for the knicks at this point. Even to trade noah. It may be the asking price as you claim (I think it's off) but the knicks wouldn't do it, no way.

15.) 13 Aug 2018 07:26:07
Remember when the clippers dumped Davis and have up there pick unprotected to the Cavs for cap space and Cavs got number one pick and it was Irving.

10 Aug 2018 00:24:12
Heat recieve-Tristan Thompson,Jordan Clarkson,Kyle krover

Cavs recieve Hassan Whiteside,James Johnson,2x seconds

1.) 10 Aug 2018 09:14:59
No matter bad u think miami wants to toss whiteside, the kardashian curse is worse.

Would the wolves future be better if they didn't trade for butler?

Starting Lineup

Almost a big 5 Wiggins would be a lot better without butler and so would towns

1.) 05 Aug 2018 16:17:54
They’d most likely have a better future, but who knows who they would have taken there and that team would be pretty awful defensively. I think the real question is what if they could have gotten him for something close to Wiggins straight up?

2.) 06 Aug 2018 17:16:44
A Wiigins for Butler trade could have been great for the Wolves. Was that on the table for the Bulls?

PF: Markannen
SF: LaVine
SG: Butler
PG: Dunn.

3.) 07 Aug 2018 01:13:37
There were rumors at the time I believe. I’m not sure if they were willing to do it straight up or not though and the Wolves seemed pretty dead set on keeping Wiggins.

Western conference playoff predictions

Warriors 68-14

1.) 04 Aug 2018 17:33:09
I don’t think the blazers make it I think the lakers will take there spot and Utah will be 4th wolves 7th Denver 8th.

2.) 04 Aug 2018 18:07:02
1 warriors
2 rockets
3 pelicans
4 jazz
5 nuggets
6 spurs
7 lakers
8 blazers, wolves, grizzlies, clippers, thunder.

3.) 04 Aug 2018 21:40:01
I don’t understand the love affair with the nuggets. I don’t see them as better than Utah, SA, Portland, minny (if they keep their core together), or the Lakers. They’ll fight for the 7-8 seed I would think.

4.) 05 Aug 2018 07:31:19
Well Nuggets almost made the playoffs last year while Milsap sits out half of it then now you add Thomas who is hungry to prove something while Milsap being healthy, i think they got a team to contend if Jokic continues playing great.

5.) 05 Aug 2018 09:14:56
Spurs are so much better this year I am picking them 2nd they have scores to settle. Reputation has been damaged and DeMar will play out of his skin.

6.) 06 Aug 2018 00:49:17
I guess I don’t see the value in the Thomas signing that others do. He’s not the same guy after that hip injury. Milsap is another year older. Their young core is nice, but I don’t think that their top end talent is the same as the others.

2018 nba redraft based off of summer league

1-Deandre ayton
2-Wendell carter jr
3-Collin Sexton
4-Marvin bagley iii
5-mo Bamba
6-Kevin Knox
7-Trae young
8- Shai gilgues alexander

1.) 28 Jul 2018 19:51:52
Jackson and knox were the clear summer league leaders of the rookies. I'd say knox, Jackson, sexton, carter, bamba. Ayton hardly played, looked soft. Bagley didn't really play either. The rest weren't that impressive. It is just summer league though. Rat ball for most of the teams.

2.) 30 Jul 2018 15:05:38
Echoing this. if you are basing this off of summer league, how in the world can you justify Bagley in the top 10, let alone 4th. He was awful. How is bamba up there? Also, while I don't think summer league is indicative of career success, mitchell robinson clearly was a top 8 performer in summer league. 13pts, 10rb, 4blocks, 1 steal, shooting 67%? This post is irrational.

3.) 30 Jul 2018 20:48:59
Look at what Christian wood and Monte Morris did along with wade Baldwin. This was a summer league of 2nd chances more than a rookie summer league. Even yabouselle was the 2nd performer behind ojeleye for the celts.

2023 Nba big board way to eeeeeearly

1-Elijah Fischer

2-Lebron James jr

3- will marshall

1-watched Elijah Fischer he seems like he's going to a future great

2- Lebron James jr obviously the hope is he is a fraction of his super athletic Great
court vison

3-Will Marshall seem him play really athletic short but amazing handles and can lock up interesting to see who will be the best

25 Jul 2018 16:09:44
Since cavs signed k love extension I think there trying to get his value up and trade him by deadline what do you think?

1.) 25 Jul 2018 17:09:01
Maybe next year on draft day would be better. Especially if he leads Cavs to play offs which he will. Has way more help then he did in minny.

2.) 25 Jul 2018 18:49:06
I think it's a good move no matter their direction moving forward. Either lock him in to increase his value as an all star on a long term deal, or keep him and see if you can land a few more difference makers in free agency. I doubt they can, but maybe throw some massive offer sheets at restricted free agents in a year or two.

3.) 25 Jul 2018 21:12:30
It’s a good move. You can’t let him walk for nothing and there is potential for him to have a huge year. If he’s putting up say 24 11 and 3 come the allstar break and he’s signed for long term, what kind of value does he have around the deadline? The only thing that gives me pause is how does it affect the Cavs ability to get their pick if they don’t trade him now? They could continue to try and win and I guess it doesn’t matter then, but if that’s the case, why are they shopping Hill and Korver? I like the resigning, but I don’t like what seems to be a lack of clear direction right now.
