No chance that deal happens. The Celtics won't trade the Brooklyn pick unless the deal is Anthony Davis or the like. They won't move Brown either. Besides, their plan A is obviously Hayward and George.

I agree they should rebuild, but I doubt they end up with that kind of return. At best you're looking at something close to what the Bulls received for Butler and maybe not even that. His 3 point shooting is a huge hole in his game and the market is flooded with allstar level players being shopped.
