Tucker is an expiring contract. He has very little value to the Suns as one of the worst teams in the league and he being over 30 on a young team. He is unlikely to resign there and a few teams are interested in him so I think they'd be wise to trade him to highest bidder. Personally I think Suns would be fine taking a 2nd rounder for him but this offer is even better. Sully is an expiring contract but Siakam has looked alright and is a solid young big man that gives Suns flexibility to potentially let Len walk and not overpay him. Getting the future 2nd also doesn't hurt.
Siakam is a bit undersized for center position and has no natural role on the Suns team currently but due to his youth and the fact he is signed for a few more years makes him a better fit on Suns than Tucker. I think this offer is definitely enough for Suns to deal Tucker its just a question of what other offers Suns get for him.
