Bucks send Dellavedova and a 2nd rd pick to Philly.

Philly Sends Markelle Fultz to the Bucks.

This works because Milwaukee doesn't need Fultz this year. That would give Fultz time to recover from "Thoracic Outlet Syndrome" (It affects the Lower neck and Upper Chest area, Shoulder pain, and finger numbness) That he's just been diagnosed with. This is also Bledsoe's last year. If Fultz does his PT, The Mayo Clinic DR. stated he will be fine.
Win-Win for Milwaukee and Philly.
Delly has one more year at 9 mil.

Thoughts??

How is it a win for Philly. They get bad salary and a 2nd for Fultz.

2.) 05 Dec 2018 03:21:02
Yes rkenne correct. I don't understand this. If Fultz can become playable by next season why would Philly trade him to that package? If Milwaukee doesn't need Fultz this season, Philly also doesn't need Delly.

3.) 05 Dec 2018 03:35:37
USA, I interpreted the story today as 2 months out and then we'll see about Fultz. That wasn't very optimistic, it seemed like they are already planning on him not coming back this season? Like the Bosh statement of coming back by the new year or never. I knew it was never the second I read it. It was ominous. 6 weeks or indefinitely is not reassuring to me if he has the yips, and not the rarest symptoms ever from thoracic outlet syndrome. Officially out indefinite though, not 6 weeks?

4.) 05 Dec 2018 04:41:36
Injury exception! The Sixers will qualify right around waiver time if Fultz remains sidelined. Even if it is the yips, it should be considered an injury for the Sixers. Value in keeping Fultz now.

The first trade makes no sense for the Cavs. They’re better off buying out Korver.

The 2nd trade isn’t enough for Beal.

2.) 23 Nov 2018 03:41:12
@rkeene_16. The Cavs want a 1st rd pick for Korver. Not going to happen. They can use Dellavedova as a vet guard. He has 1 yr left at 9 mil.

I doubt if the Wizards will get more that a 1st, and a 2nd rd picks for Beal plus a couple of young players. Unless some team, (76ers? ) want to sell off the farm for him?

3.) 23 Nov 2018 03:56:08
Why would the Cavs need a vet guard when they have Hill. Cavs want asset for Korver even maybe a 2nd.

4.) 23 Nov 2018 04:08:02
@usa, Actually the Cavs. need everyone they can get! JR is no longer with he team? Hill would move to SG. I don't think anyone is going to go as high as a 2nd rd pick for Korver, At 37 yrs old. As rkeene stated, maybe they will just buy him out? It looks like the players for the Cavs. are already Tanking! If Dellavedova and say Wilson go. At least the Cavs will have a vet PG and a Young PF! OR they can end up with nothing?

5.) 23 Nov 2018 06:16:29
I mean why would they take a larger contract for nothing?

6.) 23 Nov 2018 07:03:52
Nothing is better than Delly’s contract.

7.) 23 Nov 2018 14:37:13
Hi rkeene_16, Well, If players keep quitting on Cleveland, And refusing to play, That's pretty much what the Cavs. will end up with, "Nothing! " You're apparently a Cavs. fan. Just who do they have that other teams want? Love? Smith? Maybe Korver? Possibly Hood? Remember when Cleveland landed all the 1st rd picks? What happened? But, You're right, nothing is better than Dellavedova. Its apparent the Cleveland Cavaliers ALL moved to the L. A. Lakers! They should keep "tanking" who knows? maybe 3-4-5-6-7, more years of 1st rd picks "Labronny James" will be available, And Clevelend can go back to being a "One Man Band" Again!

8.) 24 Nov 2018 12:01:07
No way the CAVs will take Dellavedova as they already have 3 young PGs on Sexton, Clarkson and Harrison and one to trade on veteran G. Hill.

What would may work on a possible Bucks/ CAVs deal, is a George Hill for John Henson + J. Meeks + D. J Wilson + a 2nd pick trade, despite Henson's injury.

Reason is that the CAVs will need a better than Thompson Center for next season who also has a much better contract and is considerably younger and then they can trade Thompson too near the deadline as to add more assets, on top, Meeks would be a reliable solution at SG after Korver is traded for more assets and picks and Wilson would be an addition to explore his future potential.

Last minute trade,

The Suns trade T. J. Warren (SF) to the Bucks.

The Bucks trade M Dellavedova, (PG) and PF D.J. Wilson to the Suns. Salaries match.

Plus Phoenix gets the veteran PG their looking for. And a young PF in Wilson.

The Bucks get a backup SF they need behind Middleton.

All 3 players could use a change of scenery.

Thoughts?

1.) 14 Oct 2018 21:22:20
The Suns could do better for Warren.

2.) 14 Oct 2018 21:37:38
The Suns probably could, But, They haven't. Warren is listed as 3rd String SF. salary is $11.5 Mil. a year. together Dellevedova and Wilson make 12.1 Mil. a year. salaries work, Plus, Phoenix has been looking for a backup veteran PG, and could use a young PF. This trade will allow the suns to keep all their picks, without sending any. The Bucks would do a headup trade, Allowing them to also keep PG Tim Fraizer. If the Suns can do better without adding a pick, Great for them!

3.) 14 Oct 2018 22:14:56
Warren is big enough to play some pf for them. It’s not like they can’t find minutes for him. Delly has 2 years left, is making close to 10 million and doesn’t even look like a competent back up point. There are free agent pgs that could give you the same thing Delly can, if not more. Wilson showed nothing last year. If they’re willing to give up Warren, they can do better. Why give up a solid young player on a a decent contract for 2 guys that may not give you anything for the same amount of money.

4.) 14 Oct 2018 22:56:13
Wilson isn't a huge bribe to deal with dellavedova's deal. Warren is worth more. Crawford would be great for one season and draft a PG in June.

5.) 14 Oct 2018 23:04:34
Its apparent Warren hasn't given the Suns much. If he had, He wouldn't be a 3rd stringer now. As far as playing some PF. Who would he replace? . Maybe the Suns should play Warren at PG? That's what they're looking for. As far as Dellavedova, Yes there are a lot better. Why then hasn't Phoenix called or trading for one of them? Plus, If Warren was really as good as you think he is, Why hasn't some other team traded for him yet? This trade I proposed would benefit both teams, While not giving up picks either way, and nothing more.

6.) 15 Oct 2018 13:57:30
Warren got much more value, the suns gm james jones wants to play booker at point and sign Crawford so this deal isn’t good for phx.

7.) 15 Oct 2018 20:51:17
Delly averaged 4.5 pts last year
Warren averaged 19pts
Big difference.

@ OldskoolMagic, What 3rd stringers? Brogdan starts, and can play PG/ SG. Snell is the 6th man, and Maker is the backup to Lopez.

@ Btec, and Bmiller, Milwaukee tried that. That's why after 2 knee surgeries. Parker never returned to his former self. Another reason The Bucks didn't resign him and let him walk. He basically lost his heart, and played no defense. Chicago thought they were getting a deal. Apparently not. Pity, but, Those things happen. the Bulls will try and trade him, but, Teams should be Leary of signing him more to a 1 yr deal. let him earn it again!

Agreed, I would! Milwaukee has enough players who can play SG. and a couple of "G" league players. Who also can play SG. (All are 6'5" - 6'6" ish) , Can use a legit SF.

Thoughts?

@ Btec, Agreed! That would work! I can see the Bucks doing that! Plus, Lopez is on a 1 yr deal. Vucevic could fill that role next year. Ross would be a 6th man role also. But, The Bucks do need a Legit SF! Then Move Middleton back to SG.

Your thoughts?
