For the west I think it is to early to put San Antonio 4 we still don't know what they will get for Leonard or if he will sit out a while. And after Houston lost a couple of key players and if they add Melo I say they drop to 3 and thunder are 2. And I think Utah will be higher than 8.
For the East I think Miami will be lower and ind will be higher prob 4 or 5. I also think phi will be better than raptors. Raptors did just finish with the 1 but they also just fired the coach of the year so idk how that will work out for them.

While almost no one believed that OKC will get that return for Melo. I love that for the Thunder. Shroeder could be a vital piece in their run or a trading piece if it doesn't work.
