If Issac is available I think wolves take him. He is a high risk high reward pick and with Twolves having a very promising young roster already I think rolling the dice on a guy who could be a perfect compliment to KAT is worth it.
If he is taken this deal becomes more attractive but Markkanen isn't a bad player either. Thibs would probably prefer Randle and his toughnsss over him tho and I think Thibs could take Randle to another level.
Getting Randle does speed up the potential salary issues with him due an extension summer 2018 tho.

Interesting. I think thibs wants a veteran out for that pick. At least that's what I'm hearing. Wolves need a bruiser at the 4 to compliment Townes and push dieng to the bench. Randle would fit well. Isaac's at least a year from really contributing. Markkanen scares me.

Minnesota says no. Randle only has one more year before being a FA. They are already going to be paying Dieng a lot next year, and then Towns will be getting paid.
Besides, Randle isn't really an upgrade over Dieng nor is he a stretch 4 that Minnesota needs.
