Trailbrazers-Sixers

Blazers send Lillard and Ed Davis

Sixers send Okafor, Ilyosva, Sergio, and Kings pick

Blazer lineup:
Cj, Crabbe, Harkless, Ilyosva, Okafor

Sixers lineup:
Lillard, Henderson, Covington, Simmons, Embiid

Sixers no longer need a point and can constraint on drafting better wing players.

Blazers get the post presence they have been missing since they let LA go

a.s.

1.) 08 Jan 2017 13:43:22
Portland would laugh. This is absurd. Lillard is a superstar.

2.) 08 Jan 2017 13:49:11
You really think the Blazers would even think about giving up Lillard for a guy who can't even get off the bench for the second-worst team in the entire league?
If you want Lillard, Embiid would need to be in the deal.

3.) 08 Jan 2017 14:21:29
Dude, we can't get lillard for less then a ton of assets. Most likely offseason where our picks are more solidified.

Philly pick lakers pick and okafor and Covington is probably the least they'd take. Assuming philly and lakers pick are top three and lakers pick is top eight.

4.) 08 Jan 2017 15:30:04
It would take Simmons or Embiid (probably both) the Lakers pick and the Sixers pick.

5.) 08 Jan 2017 17:22:06
Daniel deed aren't trading either embiid or Simmons.

6.) 08 Jan 2017 17:48:11
I wouldn't even consider a trade that had Embiid in it. Him in Portland would basically guarantee that he gets hurt again and never plays another game.

I'd move Lillard for Simmons and Phili's 2017 first. Nothing less.

7.) 08 Jan 2017 21:49:48
B miller gen congrats you not getting that deal. That's fine too. Lillard is an all star but they need a lot more around him. Unfortunately thy gave all their money to turner and crabbe for no reason. I'd trade them asap

Sixers rebuild that centers around Ben:

1. Trade Okafor, Holmes and Nik to Dallas for Wes Matthews, Justin Anderson and future first.

2. Sign free agents Jarrett Jack and Wesley Johnson or Gerald Henderson.

2016 lineup:

Pg- Jack
Sg- Matthews
Sf- Anderson or Covington
Pf- Simmons
C- Embiid

Bench: Saric, Bayless, Noel, Covington or Anderson (depending on who starts), Johnson or Henderson, two foreign draft picks.

a.s.

1.) 03 Jul 2016 15:57:39
1. Okafor doesn't have that much value. He can't play D.
2. Wes Johnson is back with the LAC.

2.) 03 Jul 2016 17:04:12
Absolutely terrible. Sixers laugh you off the phone. Terrible.

Have you seen these contract for terrible player this offseason. Oakfor makes 16 mil over the next three years! And he's better then half the center in the league already. No way. I've changed my mind. Oakfor goes no where unless blown away.

Sixers change the game trade and rebuild scenario:

Trade Ben and Noel to Chicago for Jimmy Butler and Spencer Dinwiddle

Sign Harrison Barnes

Trade Covington to Detroit for Reggie Bullock (more of a move to make sure Harrison signs because him and Reggie are real close)

Sign a forward like Thomas Robinson, Darrell Arthur or Terrance Jones if Saric doesn't come over.

Sign Greivis Vasquez

2016 Lineup and bench

PG - Dinwiddle
SG - Butler
SF - Barnes
PF - Saric or free agent 4
C - Okafor

Bench: Vasquez, Bullock, Nik S., Embiid, Holmes, two rookie wings just drafted

The team is built to win now and win later. All three of the bigs currently on the roster (if healthy) are ready made to win now so we need to put a roster together to make it happen. Harrison, Butler and Dinwiddle are three interchangeable wing players that can guard any wing position in the league which could mask Okafor's deficiencies until he gets better and Saric gets to play o his strengths.

a.s.

1.) 30 Jun 2016 19:05:20
Why do you think Dinwiddie is a starter in the NBA? Every post you have for the sixers involves them getting Dinwiddie and Bullock.

2.) 30 Jun 2016 19:26:44
Ben Simmons?

3.) 30 Jun 2016 19:40:27
Ben? Ben Simmons!?!? Your insane.

4.) 30 Jun 2016 20:43:47
Dinwiddie isn't even a reserve in the NBA. He gets outplayed in summer league by most guys.

5.) 30 Jun 2016 21:51:45
Not ben Simmons!

6.) 01 Jul 2016 16:56:19
Neither is Ish, McConnell, or Cannan but yet they all got minutes at our 1 these past two years. Give the kid a chance #1. Secondly, Ben is sooooooo, overrated. His skill set is based upon his ability to dribble and pass? He ain't Magic. Magic was a winner at every level and that is why he went #1. Lebron was a phenom. This kid is going to make all yall frustrated. Michael Beasley part two.

Didn't we just draft this same player six years ago: Evan Turner. Skill set sound familiar. Yall remember how that ended.

Sixers-Wolves-Bulls Draft Trades and Draft:

Sixers trade #1 to Bulls
Bulls trade #14, Butler, Snell to Sixers

Sixers trade Noel, Nik, and #14 to Wolves
Wolves trade #5 to Sixers

With 1st pick Bulls draft Simmons
With 5th pick Sixers draft Henry Ellenson
With 14th pick Wolves draft Wade Baldwin IV

Each team fills positional needs, get young talented players who can shoot, and each acquisition makes each team immediate playoff contenders.

Sixers also trade one of their late picks and Covington to Detroit for Reggie Bullock and Spencer Dinwiddle.

a.s.

1.) 24 May 2016 04:41:26
Bulls say no.

2.) 24 May 2016 14:02:30
i think Sixers keep their first. Butler is great though. That kind of package would probably convince them to trade the pick.

Suns Rebuild

Hire Mark Jackson to be head coach

Draft Kris Dunn, Henry Ellenson, Dwayne Bacon, and Gary Payton II

Sign Harrison Barnes, Ryan Kelly, and
Terrance Jones

Cut/ Trade Eric Bledsoe, Brandon Knight, Jon Leuer

2016 Lineup

PG - Kris Dunn
SG - Devon Booker
SF - Harrison Barnes
PF - Terrance Jones or Henry Ellenson
C - Tyshon Chandler or Alex Len

Bench - Gary Payton II, Dwayne Bacon, Ryan Kelly, Henry Ellenson

Young, athletic and shooting ability with defensive ability. They are pushing 9 seed in 2016 and are a playoff team in 2017+. Devon Booker is nice and Kris Dunn and Harrison solidify the 1 and 3 for the team. They have size and versatility.

a.s.

1.) 15 Mar 2016 13:23:47
If the sun's draft another point guard so help me. Jaylen Brown is a better idea.
Bledsoe/ Booker/ Brown/ Rabb/ Len
6th Knight.

2.) 15 Mar 2016 14:33:24
Cut knight and Bledsoe? U can get picks and prospects at least.

Sixers-Wizards-Pelicans Trade:

Sixers get Wall, Porter
Wiz get Okafor, Holiday, Holmes, a 2017 pick from Sixers
Pelicans get Gortat, Stauskas, a future pick from Sixers

Lineups:

Sixers
Pg - Wall
Sg - Covington or Henderson
Sf - Porter
Pf - Simmons
C - Embiid

Wizards
Pg - Holiday
Sg - Beal
Sf - Obure
Pf - Morris
C - Okafor

Pelicans
Pg - Evans
Sg - Hield or Stauksas
Sf - Hill
Pf - Davis
C - Gortat

Each team stays young, fills positions of need and become competive in each respective conferences and divisions. The Sixers get their point and small forward. The Wizards get a dominate low post scorer with a point guard (when healthy) that plays greatly next to Beal. The Pelicans get a good pick from Sixers (hopefully we are in the playoffs by then and it becomes a late round) and a center that plays well with Davis. Plus moving Evans to the point is a great move for them since he isn't really a great shooter but a better pick and roll player because of his ability to attack the rim. Remember he won ROY at the point.

a.s.

1.) 04 Sep 2016 02:53:51
Sixes aren't giving enough.

2.) 04 Sep 2016 10:36:50
Sixers need to give more, but pelicans getting way too much. This deal needs to be reworked.

Brooklyn-Suns Trade:

Suns trade - Knight, Len, Goodwin
Brooklyn - Lopez

Lineups:

Brooklyn

Pg-Knight
Sg- Levert
Sf-Hollis-Jefferson
Pf-McCollugh
C-Len

Suns

Pg-Bledsoe
Sg-Booker
Sf-Warren
Pf-Bender or Chriss
C-Lopez

Each team says young and get legit scorers. The Nets get a better PG option with a good backup option in Lin. They also get a young 7'0 to build around. The Suns get a legit post scorer that can be relied on every night (when healthy) with a great backup in Chandler. He will make the transition for either one of the young PFs they just drafted and on Booker because of his get ball-handling and passing skills.

Orlando and Sactown rebuilds:

Sac trades Cousins and Ben

Orlando trades Vuc, Mario and Gordon

Orlando lineup:

Pg - Payton
Sg - Fournier
SF - Green
Pf - Serge
C - Cousins

Sac lineup:

Pg - Collision
Sg - Affalo
SF - Gay
Pf - Skal
C - Vuc

Both teams remain young, have star potential players still in place and have coaches that best suit their skill set. Cousins will be a beast in the was with Serge and Mario gives Sac their future star wing at either the 2 or 3. Now if they trade Rudy they have someone in place that can fill the position.

a.s.

1.) 09 Aug 2016 00:33:01
A little much for Cousins in my opinion and I don't think he and Serge will be all that great together. If Kings threw in somebody like Gay or Afflalo I could possibly see it happening since Magic seem like they are getting impatient and Kings could clear minutes for Hezonja and start rebuild.

Like the deal but if I'm the Thunder, I would want to keep Andre Roberson for his defense.

The height matters in regards to their wingspan for defensive purposes. I don't think seller is that dude but for what coach brown wants to do, he is one of the best options available. And if embody can't stay healthy, him and Noel would be extremely great options in the front court to play sideline to sideline and above the rim. I agree it's you in regards no leadership on the team but no matter which way we go via draft or free agency, someone is going to have to step up so why not give the reigns to Russ. This rebuild process for the sixers is going to be long regardless of the way we go but at least this way we fill positions of need (pg, sg, sf, and bench) . The roster has shooting options, can run, and can defend. This is the type of team and roster coach brown needs to run his system.

The size of the players could be our advantage defensively because of the length of the players playing in passing lanes and closing out on shooters. Offensively their length could cause problems in regards to mismatches and playing above the rim.

Makes no sense for any of the teams. Clippers will never trade CP3 or DAndre. Lawson is a terrible replacement for CP3. And Ricky can't shoot so he will be a liability for Houston that is already struggling.
