Mirotic, and 2018 2nd back, for Asik, Allen, Nelson, and 2018 1st 1-5 DP is a fair deal. Better than the one first reported a couple days ago. CHI gave in. Looks like NOP has a strong sense they are picking up Monroe if they were willing to trade the only C on their roster. Pels are back in the playoff hunt with this deal.

1.) 01 Feb 2018 21:57:49
I do think it's a decent deal for the Pels, as I do think this will get them into the playoffs. A pick between 15-18 while ditching Asik's salary is a win for both.

Much more sensible a deal than the Griffin one.

2.) 01 Feb 2018 22:38:22
Both of these moves were designed specifically so they can re=sign Cousins. That is THE priority for next season.

3.) 01 Feb 2018 23:20:38
Boogie could be, but no word on the severity of the Achilles "event". This move indicates their intention on wanting him back though. It also suggests Monroe is coming to NOP.

BOS: Evans

MEM: Smart

1.) 31 Jan 2018 21:40:46
Boston should not trade any rotation player unless for an all star.

2.) 01 Feb 2018 00:30:47
Nba, in what world does a rotation player get you an all star?

3.) 01 Feb 2018 04:31:00
Celtics would probably rather do Nader and their own 2019 first rounder.

4.) 01 Feb 2018 05:37:58
Obviously they'd include rotation players and picks, not just a straight up rotation player for all star.

5.) 01 Feb 2018 05:39:50
I'm sure the Celtics would! CLE in my opinion have the late 1st, and the fodder to land him. But they don't need him. Even though he is an improvement over Smith, and Rose. Says a lot about CLE future plans. MEM will just keep him probably if they don't get asking price. Same for CHI, and Mirotic.

LAC: Ed Davis, McCollum, 2nd

POR: Jordan, Lou, '18 1st

1.) 30 Jan 2018 19:12:02
Nurkic would probably have to be involved thinking about it. POR taking back Harrell, and Evans maybe. Or something LAC isn't planning on keeping. They're both nipping at the luxury tax line.

27 Jan 2018 09:39:53
NOP : Noah, Willy, 2nd

NY: Asik, Ajinca,

1.) 27 Jan 2018 13:43:34
Why? The only useful asset in the whole group is Willy, the rest is just shifting garbage.

27 Jan 2018 05:32:31
NOP: Noah, Ntilikina, Willy, Beasley

NY: Ajinca, Hill, Asik

Maybe? Resurrect Noah? Won't be as hard to trade in a year when Cousins is ready.

1.) 27 Jan 2018 05:36:16
boogie ain't coming back.

2.) 27 Jan 2018 05:51:08
Donada, think NOP won't re-sign him? Get an injury exemption until he's ready.

3.) 27 Jan 2018 08:41:20
Pass from NY. They take 2 bad contracts and also lose Ntilikina. And also if you trading Noah to Pels along with Willy, Willy is clearly ahead of Noah so there isn't much of a resurrection.

James' dunk on Nurkic was big time powerful. That was impressive for a 33 year old.

14 Mar 2018 20:11:12
I don't believe Darren Wolfson and his "teammates whispers" about Wiggins. More K.Leonard media B.S. Especially right now, when Wiggins is playing so much, and relied upon. Let the bait chum the waters, probably see Wiggins trade posts for a week on here. And MIN is in the playoffs with a healthy Butler. I call B.S.

1.) 15 Mar 2018 00:12:08
Just from the comments he made when the Cavs traded him for Kevin Love (stuff about getting to be his own player and the guy etc), it seems plausible that he wants to be the 1st option. Even the way he plays as a volume scorer that doesn't pass or play defense seems like he's a me first type guy. He's also had to go from sharing 1st option duties with KAT to clearly being the the third option and I haven't looked into touches, but possibly having the 4th highest usage rate behind Teague as well as KAT and Butler. I buy Wiggins trying to force his way out more than Leonard just on that fact alone.

2.) 15 Mar 2018 01:28:27
If what you say is the case, he hasn't matured at all in 4 years, he doesn't want to win, and he's an obvious narcissist. Who would want him, or play with him? M. J. &Pippen, Shaq&Kobe isn't enough to win anymore. He is the 4th option. He's not a point guard, and Butler, and Towns are uniquely talented. He could learn how to dribble with more control if he needs more on ball time. I assume most people are good, and sane until they demonstrate otherwise. This is really negative on Wiggins, and would show derangement, and severe immaturity on his part for not knowing who he is if what your saying is true about him. I have to assume that's not the case until more information is available proving this Wolfson character, and his "anonymous" source correct. Because it's extremely dramatic, and damaging to Wiggins reputation.

3.) 15 Mar 2018 05:27:32
I'm not sure it would mean he doesn't want to win, but it definetly would mean he has an inflated sense of what he is as a player and that he only wants to win on his own terms. If he doesn't change his mindset, he's going to be the next Rudy Gay or a worse version of Melo. There is no reason in the world that a guy with his physical skills should be one of the worst defenders in the league or that last year while scoring 25 a game and dominating the ball, he didn't see any uptick in assists. It just seems like he wants to score the ball above everything else.

4.) 15 Mar 2018 06:39:18
The not wanting to win comes from the derangement he must have if he is unaware of his abilities/ limitations, and the current examples you used, of what is required to win. Multiple stars, 3, or better, or 2, and multiple really good Rudy Gay's, and Carmelo's. Completely ignorant, and asleep otherwise. Hard to believe. Not impossible.

14 Mar 2018 19:12:13
Will Fultz make 13 man playoff roster cut? I say nada.

1.) 15 Mar 2018 00:18:23
I could see it. If he's ready to play at that point. I don't see him getting real minutes at any point, but even getting him up close and in the huddle during the playoffs could be good for him. I think that these playoffs are more about getting experience for Philly. They aren't getting out of the 1st round and unless they get someone like the Pacers in the 1st round, it'll probably be a short series.

A local paper discovering a police report by a woman filed in 2011 who wasn't seeking publicity, or settlement is fake news because the report was discovered? Her three friends are liars huh? Cuban is such a boy scout, and deserves the benefit of the doubt because he is of such high character. What non-sense. Carlisle needs to get on the right side of this. Quickly. How do you prove Cuban did, or didn't do that? I guess Weinstein is fake news too. I hope this woman, and her friends are able to sue for libel and slander. Probably won't, because good people have always been steamrolled by scumbags.

Curry had ankle problems coming out of college, nobody thought he would've lasted this long. That is going to be the difference maker between GS, and HOU this season, and postseason. Health. Curry in particular

1.) 11 Mar 2018 04:32:21
Golden State has to be concerned with the resurgence of Curry's ankle issues. He literally had to be retrained on simple things like how he walked, jumped, and etc to over come them the first time. By the sounds of it, his career might have ended early if the problems persisted. What is this, the 4th time he's missed time this year with an ankle sprain?

Chandlers 13 mil, and the looming re-signing of Smart. Theiss, Horford, Baines, Monroe playing well makes this seem kind of expensive, and not Ainge-like, or good for BOS.

This doesn't look fair to POR to me.

POR has a choice to go into Luxury or lose some players this off season. The admitted win or trade to a competitor was confirmed by Lillard too. So, everyone is hanging in the balance to see what the front office decides this off season. Staying competitive, and honoring Lillard's wishes is a tricky thing. The front office in POR blew it. Like MEM's did with Parsons. Only counting Harkless POR's blew it to the tune of 40 mil. Per season. 1/ 3 the teams payroll. For 2 more seasons. Could just waive the M. Leonard, and Turner. It would help immensely. Without Napier, and Nurkic, POR's rotation is just not the same, and not dealing Nurkic for something was another Front office follie if they don't re-sign, or S&T. Need cap for the S&T though, and/ or willingness to go into Luxury. From what I see.

I could see both being contributors, and completing those 2 teams rosters. That being said, Aldridge is from Houston I think, so when Spurs tire of him there are 2 other Texas teams to keep him close to home. He left POR for that reason supposedly. Home. K. Leonard went to San Diego State, so I see him L. A. Bound when Spurs tire of him. I think he's also a California/ L. A native.

Since it can't be done before the playoffs this season, I'd say maybe. After the smoke clears this off season it will be interesting where both these fellas end up.
