Bojon gets more than that.

2.) 18 Jun 2019 16:12:21
Bojan is the Pacers no. 2 option (and going nowhere) . For the Lakers he would be coming off the bench behind LeBron. Not happening. He wants to start.

3.) 18 Jun 2019 18:46:55
Yes add rose. Let the lakers have 3 older injured guys. Do it do it.

MIN won't give up Towns and 11th pick for James. James is not in his prime anymore and MIN doesn't have a win now team even with James.

2.) 10 Jun 2019 17:42:42
Yeah, if Minny had the talent to challenge, maybe. But without Towns, they maybe have the least talent in the NBA.

3.) 10 Jun 2019 23:43:23
I don't know why the Wolves would do this other than selling tickets. LeBron is not the guy who can drag a team through the playoffs anymore. He wasn't even able to get a relatively talented but young team TO the playoffs this year. He would do even worse with the group the Wolves have around Towns. Then they give up the 11th pick in addition to that? Unless they're willing to give up their immediate future just to force LeBron to retire, this makes no sense.

Why in the world would Pelicans trade Cousins for a worse and older center in Lopez who will be a FA just like Cousins after next season? The fact Lakers are getting Cousins for Houston Pick, Clarkson and Mozgov is comical.

Second trade is almost as terrible. Nobody will give up assets for Deng.

2.) 19 May 2017 14:51:49
Hilarious, You use NBrooklyn and Utah to dump two terrible contracts. But in the case of the Pelicans you grab an all star for a far less better Center and a couple second rounders. wow Man that is bad.

3.) 20 May 2017 22:39:49
Love Lakers fans. So unrealistic.

THe best part Is this laker season fan thinks this is a realistic trade. Lovely.

2.) 04 May 2017 15:13:53
Every time i get mad at the Asik contract, i look at the Deng contract and feel slightly better. And it is always funny watching Laker fans draw up trade proposals to get out of it.

3.) 04 May 2017 15:26:47
Gordon is the most valuable player in the deal and you have the Magic taking on Deng's contract. The Magic would want no part of this offer.

4.) 04 May 2017 16:12:24
To add to this. Randle is in the final year of his contract, and will be looking at a significant, undeserved raise. So essentially, the two best pieces are Gordon, then Mario, then Randle, then DJ. deng is just awful.

Not to mention, the lakers are giving like 5 million too much in order for this to work. Just stupid.

5.) 04 May 2017 17:52:12
I disagree that Gordon and herzonja are better them randle. I don't think there's an arguement for any of the three to be clearly the better player.

This ultimately, as already said, comes down to randle needing a new contract and not enough going to Orlando to take on the deng contract.

suns:
mozgov and brewer

lakers:
chandler and knight

l.paci

1.) 09 Mar 2017 15:22:19
You are joking right? No way Suns accept this!

2.) 09 Mar 2017 16:03:01
Knight has been playing very poorly and has a decently sized contract but I think he still has some value due to his age and that he showed promise a few years ago (when he was in a larger role and also preinjury) . In this trade Suns are basically taking on a worse contract (Movgov's is longer and more $$ than Chandler's) in order to dump Knights contract (Brewer is an expiring deal) . I think Phx can do better.

Even for Lakers not sure I like it. Net they aren't exactly clearing much cap space (adding salary in the short term with Brewer an expiring deal) and if Lakers keep their draft pick getting Knight too would squeeze rotation providing less minutes to develop their young players.

3.) 09 Mar 2017 17:00:01
Lakers probably need to throw in a draft pick.
