Lakers get: 6rh pick and Nik Stauskas
Kings get: Randle, 27th pick and 34th picks

Lakers buy a pick in the middle of the 2nd round.

Lakers draft Winslow (if he falls) or Stanley Johnson. They draft de Paula (draft and stash) with the 2nd round pick they buy.

Kings draft: Delon Wright and Milutinov/Jaiteh/Dakari Johnson

Lakers sign Aldridge or Love (would rather have Aldridge though cause he's better defensively), C.J. Watson. Re-sign Davis, Ellington

Kings sign Thornton or Matthews

Lakers:

PG - Clarkson, Watson, Price
SG - Kobe, Stauskas, Brown
SF - Winslow/Johnson, Young
PF - Aldridge/Love, Davis, Kelly
C - Okafor, Black, Sacre

Kings:

PG - Collison, Wright
SG - McLemore, Thornton/Matthews
SF - Gay, Williams
PF - Randle, Thompson, Landry
C - Cousins, Milutinov/Jaiteh/Johnson

Why do we give up on Randle that fast. I would only do that if we had a free agent commenmitment

Kings hang up first.

Randle, Young and pick is not enough for Ibaka.

If the Lakers were to trade away Randle, it would be for a SF not a PG. Especially not Rubio. If it were for a PG like Brandon Knight maybe, but that's not happening.

Umm. how do you expect the Lakers to sign all those free agents with at most $23 million in cap space? What would be a bit more realistic is signing Harris to the max and signing CJ Watson to backup Clarkson. They also need to re-sign Davis, Ellington, Price, and Sacre (pick up his option) using whatever cap space they have left and the MLE. In fact, Sacre's option is for approximately $850 million which is cheap for a 3rd string (emergency) center. Price and Johnson can probably be signed as a 3rd stringer for the vet's minimum.

#2 - Towns/Okafor
#27 - Anderson
#34 - de Paula (stash)

PG - Clarkson, Watson, Price
SG - Kobe, Ellington, Brown
SF - Harris, Anderson, Johnson
PF - Randle, Davis, Kelly
C - Towns/Okafor, Black, Sacre

It could work for both. Randle could be Orlando's starting PF, while Gordon will be the starting SF (if they re-sign Harris) or backup. Yes they're the same height, but Randle is built like a PF and Gordon's built like a SF.

The Lakers would benefit from this if they were to get Love. They can draft Winslow to be their starting SF.

Would love to get Butler or Leonard, but like you said it's highly unlikely.

However, with the approximately $22 million in cap space, I still think we can do some things.

- Sign Danny Green for $10-12 million. A bit of an overpay IMO, but to lure someone it has to be done. Plus the cap goes up the next few years anyway. He's a perfect 3 and D guy.
- Sign Beverley for $5 million if possible. Another excellent defender and solid 3pt. shooter.
- Re-sign Davis to back up Randle.
- Sign Morrow for part of the MLE.

PG - Beverley, Clarkson, Price
SG - Kobe, Morrow, Brown
SF - Green, Justin Anderson (3 and D guy), Young
PF - Randle, Davis, Kelly
C - Okafor, Black, Sacre
