Saw the Nuggets are willing (not looking) to trade Gary harris with the emergence of malik beasley

DEN: J. Leur (cap filler) L. Kennard FRP top 8 protected

DET: Gary Harris

noahmerv

1.) 07 Feb 2019 00:37:00
Unprotected 19 1st kennard holds no value.

2.) 07 Feb 2019 00:46:31
No protection, not that it would be needed. Harris makes DET a playoff team.

3.) 07 Feb 2019 06:20:18
Horrible deal.

What does it take to get Andre Drummond any trade ideas?

noahmerv

1.) 06 Jan 2019 04:30:38
Andre Drummond being worth what he is being paid?

2.) 06 Jan 2019 04:32:26
Drummond, Jackson
4
Whiteside, Ellington, Waiters.

3.) 06 Jan 2019 04:45:50
I was thinking Drummond + Jackson

4

Wall, Mahimni and J. Green.

4.) 06 Jan 2019 04:59:13
Drummond + Jackson

4

Vucevic, Ross and Mozgov.

5.) 06 Jan 2019 05:05:26
Drummond
4
P. Gasol, Mills, '19 TOR 1st.

6.) 06 Jan 2019 14:42:06
Det/ Sac

Det trades Drummond

Sac trades Justin Jackson, Koufus, Randolph.

7.) 06 Jan 2019 15:56:16
Not sure Detroit does that one. Looks like a straight salary dump.

8.) 06 Jan 2019 16:46:46
Yeah, I think I was a little lite on my spurs proposal. Spurs should probably throw in their '19 also.

9.) 06 Jan 2019 19:41:53
Throw in a pick from Sac. Even it right up.

10.) 06 Jan 2019 20:04:01
Throw in a couple of 2nd rounders? Sure, no problem. Throw in a first rounder? You can keep Drummond.

Det: CJ McCollum
Port: Griffin

noahmerv

1.) 18 May 2018 19:42:24
Add Myers Leonard going to Detroit and blazers may consider it. Not that Blake sucks or anything blazers are cap challenged.

2.) 18 May 2018 20:38:50
@btec but how does getting blake, one of the leagues most expensive players for the next 4 yrs appeal to a “cap challenged” team?

3.) 18 May 2018 21:25:10
Turner and Harkless come off the books season after next. Why I suggested blazers include Leonard. Blake's deal goes up incrementally each season. Not much more than McCollum now or next season. Sorry for the use of stingy and cap challenged what is your problem with me? My first foot forward is one of grace give it a try maybe. Your a f#cking d#ck.

4.) 19 May 2018 06:30:13
^no offense intended g, i'm just critiquing what i see, isn’t that the point of these posts? to introduce ideas and get feedback?

OKC/DET
Detroit: T. Ferguson
OKC: Bradley

OKC needs a replacement to fill in for Roberson, and Bradley is an upgrade over him, Ferg is promising but not if they want to compete this year he isn't the right one for the job.

noahmerv

1.) 28 Jan 2018 22:17:56
Are you kidding? Ferguson is no where close to being in the same league as Bradley. For a Pistons team with designs of making the playoffs, this is a quick and decisive no.

2.) 28 Jan 2018 22:26:23
Has anyone ever heard of salary rules?

3.) 29 Jan 2018 23:21:00
There’s no way the thunder would give up Ferguson for half a year of Bradley and Detroit wouldn’t do this either.

Boston gets: Drummond, Ish Smith

Detroit gets: Brown, rozier, Horford

Boston gets a the best rebounder in basketball, and a great pick and roll center who is also the same age as Bostons best players, Irving and Hayward allowing them to compete for years to come. (Horford is 31 and a few years older than the rest of the roster and will likely be exeting his prime soon)

Detroit gets a young player to build around in Jaylen Brown and a solid young point guard in rozier, Horford is here to make salaries work and the Celtics would no longer need him with Drummond. Maybe they get a pick aswell

noahmerv

1.) 21 Jan 2018 17:14:48
I don't like this for either team.

Horford is playing great for Boston. He's a leader, can pass, shoot threes and is a good all round player.

They should involve a third team for Horford, Detroit can't use an aging player. So they get picks for him.

2.) 21 Jan 2018 17:54:20
Horford-Brown-Rozier

Drummond-Harris

Boston throws in a 2nd rder if needed.

3.) 21 Jan 2018 19:54:03
Celtics are top seed, u clowns led by the most disliked poster supercollider, still try to make 1 sided trades. Your coach is your best asset followed by Irving. Take away both the players just good enough to .500.

4.) 21 Jan 2018 20:07:43
BOS will work magic in the off season. They have assets, and can fill holes if needed. Theis can play ball. Bangs down low, shoots the 3. Horford is an underrated facilitator. Funny, because Horford was a post beast when he came into the league, I doubt he can't still do it if the team needs it. GS wins without a a center of Horfords skill. Yabuselle is a diamond in the rough. He's going to be something.

5.) 21 Jan 2018 20:29:07
LMAO. Stick a sock in it!

6.) 21 Jan 2018 22:06:52
If that is aimed at me, I suggest you not proposing trades that are unlikely for both teams, and get used to criticism. When this deal goes down, you can gloat all the I told you so's. Otherwise back at ya' rookie.

7.) 22 Jan 2018 01:21:29
It wasn't jorga. But thanks on the insight on how you roll. I very rarely agree or disagree unlike many.

8.) 22 Jan 2018 03:00:16
if c’s make any moves it should be for role players, rotational wings, they need bench help if they are serious contenders, i think their bench scoring 8 tonite is a good example.

9.) 22 Jan 2018 08:11:54
Yeah Boston will make a move closer to deadline but not a big one just a scorer to come off the bench maybe Hayward see Tom Brady’s doctor and gets back early.

Am I the only one who is confused why Conley is worth a young player and a first? He is 31, on a massive contract and you don't know how long he will last with all his injuries

noahmerv

1.) 04 Feb 2019 23:44:41
Depends on player and pick Nd the team. If he is going to jazz to shoot play defense be third option he is perfect. If it's to be best player it's a bad deal.

2.) 04 Feb 2019 23:53:15
He's a 20 ppg PG and a lock down defender. He's also a selfless player that doesn't need the ball in his hands.

For a win now team (Utah) giving up a late first and a meh prospect (Allen), he's a smart pickup.

3.) 04 Feb 2019 23:09:07
Makes no sense. Detroit he would help. Utah, his contract is a curse. Detroit GM is a door nail.

4.) 05 Feb 2019 18:09:58
Yea i'm a pistons fan and i just don't want us to trade our first round pick again for an older player on a big contract.

5.) 06 Feb 2019 12:36:52
Conley solidifies a playoff berth for Detroit. Lots of role players in this years draft in my opinion.

23 May 2018 22:57:20
Detroit: Mccollum, E. Turner
Portland: Griffin, S. Johnson, R. Bullock

noahmerv

22 May 2018 20:27:24
Det: CJ Mccollum, Evan Turner
Por: Griffin, Stanley Johnson, Reggie Bullock
Det gets a great shooting guard entering his prime and a solid wing player who can run the offense.
Por gets a great pf who can replace cj and would fit better with lillard, aswell as getting off turners contract and get a great young defender and a solid 3 and d player

Grizzlies dominate this trade, not sure Detroit does this even if they don't give up a first.
