what the ****.

2.) 15 Jan 2018 18:38:52
Detroit gets so boned in this.

3.) 16 Jan 2018 20:02:04
What are the clippers giving up?

4.) 17 Jan 2018 19:08:41
take Drummond OUT of this deal. why does every trade idea consist of the Cavs dealing scrub trash for good/ great players? are their fans delusional? they think Tristan Thompson, Iman Shumpert and Cedi Osman are like the next big 3 for some unsuspecting ignorant team? those guys wouldn't even be considered if there was an expansion team/ draft. if the Cavs want anyone decent they will HAVE TO give up the Brooklyn first rounder and/ or their own first rounder. Osman is the only one that has the smallest iota of any value out of those 3.

4 TEAM TRADE:
Cleveland gets: Eric Bledsoe, Dwayne Wade, 2 PHX 2018 first round picks (one via miami)
Cleveland trades: Kyrie Irving, Tristan Thompson

PHX gets: Kyrie Irving
PHX trades: Eric Bledsoe, TJ Warren, 2 first round picks

Chicago gets: Andre Drummond
Chicago trades: Dwayne Wade and 2018 first

Detroit gets: Tristan Thompson, TJ Warren, 2018 first from CHI
Detroit trades: Andre Drummond

is this enough for kyrie? would this make lebron reconsider staying past next year if wade re-signs with CLE?
Cleveland would struggle on the boards though could they then flip the a first and shumpert for vucevic? I am crazy?

Idk what Detroit says, I think it depends on how chicago will do, also not sure if clevland wants picks, even tho i think that is a good value for irving.

2.) 23 Jul 2017 05:31:11
Cavs already have a short big man rotation they can't trade away their only true center and not get anyone back in return. If I'm Cavs I wouldn't waste my time and luxury dollars on Wade either since he isn't a good shooter or defender and Bledsoe can replace most of Irvings scoring. If I were Cavs I'd stop at first part Irving for Bledsoe, Warren and 2 1sts. that's a great return that I'm not sure Suns would be willing to give up unless their pick was like top 10 protected. Irving, Booker, Jackson would be a great young core tho and Suns still have promising pieces like Chriss, Bender, Len, Ulis and Williams and the cap space to make another major move.

The trade for Chicago depends on how protected their pick is. They'll probably have one of the worst records so they could easily land a top 5 pick and there are plenty of promising big man prospects but then again Drummond is already proven to not be a bust (elite rebounder) and relatively young still with upside if he improves defensively and develops an offensive game (I also heard a report that he developed a jump shot this offseason) . Then again maybe with addition of Drummond and them being in East they surprise.

I think its a solid return on Drummond for Pistons.

Detroit Sends: Jon Leuer and Reggie Jackson
Receives: Ryan Anderson and Ricky Rubio

Minnesota Sends: Ricky Rubio
Receives: Reggie Jackson, Lou Williams

Houston Sends: Ryan Anderson and Lou Williams
Recieves: Jon Leuer

Detroit gets a new pg and stretch four.
Minnesota adds shooter and hopefully reggie can bounce back from injury,
Houston still gets stretch four and clears space for a big free agent run.

What do you think? Houston need picks or does Minnesota say no to reggie?

schafer724

1.) 28 Jun 2017 14:14:03
Reggie is a downgrade from Rubio. Although having Lou would be nice, he's not worth the extra year of Reggie's contract.

2.) 28 Jun 2017 14:14:43
I think Houston needs more. I don't think Leuer is a starting caliber player and represents a decent drop from Anderson (40% vs. 30% from 3). Also, Leuer makes a decent amount of money at 10 mill. Giving up Anderson alone would be bad enough but Williams too is too much. If I were Rockets I'd prefer taking back no salary to getting Leuer who should probably be a backup player.

Minnesota would be wise to say no to Reggie. They are too good of a team to have to take gambles on a guy that looked bad last year, is owed big bucks, has character issues and probably wouldn't be that great of a fit in general as a ball-dominant player. Williams wouldn't be a bad addition for them tho.

Detroit should be giving up more since Anderson and Rubio are better players than Jackson and Leuer.

Detroit highway robbery here.

Detroit Receives: Nikola Vucevic #6 pick

Orlando Receives: Eric Bledsoe #12 pick

Phoenix receives: Andre Drummond

schafer724

1.) 31 May 2017 04:56:12
I think you mean 4th pick to DET?

2.) 31 May 2017 05:09:34
No, just a pick swap between Orlando and Detroit.

3.) 31 May 2017 05:25:37
Should be #4 to Detroit and #6 to Phoenix.

4.) 31 May 2017 05:59:16
So PHX gave up only Bledsoe then get Drummond? Go away.

5.) 31 May 2017 08:12:43
Suns are not doing that!

6.) 31 May 2017 09:13:53
Orlando give up the 6th pick in a loaded draft a solid offensive player whose a double double machine and improved defender for a lesser pick and a injury prone pg.
Suns get the better prospect in Drummond and don't even give up their pick no thanks.

7.) 31 May 2017 12:45:49
Steal for Phoenix

No way detroit do this :-)

8.) 31 May 2017 14:33:25
The thing is, DET and PHX could make this deal. without ORL included.
Drummond and #12 to the Suns. Bledsoe, Len, #32 pick, and Miami's 2018 pick to the Pistons.

9.) 01 Jun 2017 22:39:30
I like that trade!

With rumors of twolves and Rose, Rubio needs a new home.

Minnesota sends: Ricky Rubio and # 7 pick
Receives: Tobias Harris

Det sends: Tobias Harris, Reggie Jackson
Receives: Rubio, #7 pick, Solomon Hill

New Orleans sends: Solomon Hill
receives: Reggie Jackson

This is also dependent on Jrue Holiday leaving.

What do you think?

schafer724

1.) 25 May 2017 15:51:43
His game would replace Holiday well, but I don't know if I want Jackson's attitude coming into NO with Boogie. That's just a recipe for disaster to me.

2.) 25 May 2017 16:04:13
Not bad. Think MIN is giving slightly too much. They may need a future protected 1st back.

3.) 25 May 2017 17:57:14
I'd rather see Pels sign Teague if they let Holiday go. Plus they would need a SF if they trade Hill.

4.) 25 May 2017 18:40:57
This is terrible for Minnesota. I would not trade Rubio for Harris straight up, much less include a top 10 pick.

Boston sends: Avery Bradley, Tyler Zeller, Jonas Jerebko, 2017 LAC 2nd, 2019 LAC First

Boston Receives: Andre Drummond

Detroit sends: Andre Drummond, KCP, Tobias Harris

Detroit Recieves: Blake Griffin, Avery Bradley, Tyler Zeller, Jonas Jerebko,

LAC Sends: Blake Griffin

LAC recieves: KCP, Tobias Harris, own 2017 2nd, own 2019 first.

This works on trade machine right now, don't know if it could work with a couple of these guys getting new deals this summer. What do you all think?

schafer724

1.) 04 May 2017 00:01:16
The biggest problem I see is that I don't think Griffin will resign to be traded to Detroit.

Like this trade for DET if they don't give up a first, gives them great depth off the bench.
