Bulls Trade: Jimmy Butler
Celtics Trade: 2017 number 1 pick, 2018 Nets pick
Sixers Trade: 2017 number 3 pick, Jahlil Okafor

Bulls Get: 2017 number 3 pick, 2018 Nets pick, Jahlil Okafor
Celtics Get: Jimmy Butler
Sixers Get:2017 number 1 pick

Bulls draft Jackson and build around him and the Nets pick next year. Also Okafor is a bucket and could start after some development.

Celtics also sign Hayward and Griffin this summer and make a super team to take down the Cavs and Warriors

Sixers draft the perfect guy for their team in Markelle Fultz and put a young possible future super team

1.) 17 Jun 2017 18:08:59
How do sixers move from 3 to 1 by only giving up a bench player for the third worst team in the league?

2.) 17 Jun 2017 19:00:15
The Celtics would not have enough room to sign either Gordon H. or Blake G. In this trade scenario, let alone both. Therefore, the Celtics would say no because it would be Fultz, probable top 5 pick next year, and the ability to sign Hayward or Griffin for Butler.

15 Jun 2017 01:53:12
Talk of the Kings trading 5 and 10 to move up and get Fox are heating up soooooo......

Sixers offseason

Trade 3 for 5 and 10
Draft Monk at 5
Trade 10 and the Lakers 2018 pick to the Warriors for Klay Thompson

Ben Simmons
Malik Monk
Klay Thompson
Dario Saric
Joel Embiid

1.) 15 Jun 2017 06:32:24
Love it as Sixers fan but not enough for Warriors.

13 Jun 2017 22:14:28
Sixers offseason

Draft Josh Jackson at 3
Trade 2019 PHI and LAL 1st round picks and any accessory pieces for Klay Thompson and any accessory pieces

Thompson/ TLC/ Stauskus
Jackson/Covington/ Henderson

They have two years to put together competitive seasons and convince Klay that it would be worth staying

1.) 15 Jun 2017 01:43:56
****2018 picks.

11 Jun 2017 15:41:37

Kings trade: picks 5 and 10
Lakers trade: D'angelo Russell
Sixers trade: pick 3 and Jahlil Okafor

Kings get: pick 3
Lakers get: pick 10 and Jahlil Okafor
Sixers get: D'angelo Russell and pick 5

Kings move up and get DeAaron Fox
Fox, Hield, Evans, Koufos, Willy Cauley-Stein

Lakers draft Lonzo Ball at 2 and Lauri Markkanen at 10
Ball, Clarkson, Ingram, Randle, Okafor

Sixers take Malik Monk at 5
Russell, Monk, Simmons, Saric, Embiid

Sixers would probably also take Mozgov as a salary dump but I don't think he's essential to the deal

1.) 11 Jun 2017 16:30:28
Send kings #39 and #46 (both from sixers) as well. Like this trade for all teams.

2.) 11 Jun 2017 16:44:25
I think your line ups need some adjusting. I think Zubac is paired with randle, and okafor and Nance pair up on the second unit gor LA. Also, insert covington in sixers starting 5 and move saric to 6th man.

3.) 11 Jun 2017 17:51:08
Kings are getting screwed in this deal. It's been said many times that picks 5&10 have way more value according to the Trade Value Chart than pick 2. So there's no way they do this for pick 3.

4.) 11 Jun 2017 21:11:07
This is based on the countless reports that the Kings are willing to trade 5 and 10 to move up and get Fox.

5.) 11 Jun 2017 23:29:55
The Kings could get fox with the 5 pick too.

The Kings should draft
Isaac and Ntikilina
Fox and Markanen.

6.) 12 Jun 2017 02:52:24
Sixers would jump at this trade. I think lakers would want a future 1st in deal.

7.) 12 Jun 2017 03:34:24
The Kings will trade those picks for the #1 and a filler + a 2nd rd. pick if they throw in WCS.

23 May 2017 02:34:34
Bulls get #3 pick, #39 pick, Kahlil Okafor (via Sixers)
Celtics get Jimmy Butler (via Bulls)
Sixers get #1 pick (via Celtics)

Sixers get PERFECT fit for their team in Markelle Fultz
Celtics get star to pair with IT and attract others
Bulls get possible replacement for butler in Josh Jackson, young center with untapped potential, and an early second round pick

seems like all teams win, what do we think?

1.) 23 May 2017 04:18:44
76ers would at least need to add a future 2nd to Chicago.

2.) 23 May 2017 12:45:41
As a Sixers fan I know Ainge isn't taking that package for #1. i'd think either a saric or Covington type would need to be involved or one of the LA or Sac picks.

21 May 2018 15:34:10
Serious question: is there a logical reason Lebron would sign anywhere other then Philly?

1.) 21 May 2018 16:06:25
Anywhere other than Cavs and Sixers probably not. I have no idea what his wife and kids are like and if they want to move out of Ohio though either which he claims is the deciding factor.

2.) 21 May 2018 17:13:25
He may think the team is to young. There may be a path for him to get to Houston. He may not want the backlash associated with leaving Cleveland again. His family may not like Philly. He may have a chance to play with George and Kawhi. Hey may not like his fit beside Simmons. He may want better weather. Cleveland could land a star. There are a million reasons he might not go to Philly.

3.) 21 May 2018 17:54:07
NY and LA are always good destinations, the guy has three rings, so he could chose a big market and get some money.
San Antonio would be a good destination.
And Pat Riley is Always in the running for LBJ
Indy isn't in the running for LBJ, but that would be a great fit for him too.

I don't like LBJ going to the sixers, they need shooters, LBJ's game would kill Simmons. They should go after PG13.

In the end, i hope he stays in Cleveland.

4.) 22 May 2018 01:12:32
He also may not go to the Sixers because the Sixers best player is Embiid. And people seem to forget he’s one small trip away from yet another missed season. And if he go s to the Sixers, Simmons is worthless. Simmons loses tremendous value without the ball in his hand. He can’t shoot. Flat out.

It seems great on the surface. But idk if it’s actually a good fit.

5.) 22 May 2018 14:37:30
When I said logical, I meant in basketball terms. I understand a tarnished legacy for leaving Cleveland again, but let's be honest, that ship may have sailed when he bolted for Miami.
I understand the family stuff, but you know he's calling the shots in that house.
I think he would like at the youth as a benefit and a chance to extend his career.
I don't see how Cleveland lands a star without gutting the already laughable roster.
I don't see how him, George and Kawhi could possibly link up without everyone taking major pay cuts.
New York hasn't been a good destination in 25 years. LA is young and the weather is perfect and the its a huge market, but they aren't ready to win now. Even if they got George and Lebron, good luck making it out of the West. The gauntlet of the West should be enough to deter him from Houston and San Antonio as well.
If the report is true that he wants to play off ball, he becomes a good fit (especially if 3-pt percentage improves) and Simmons can evolve his game rather than defer to Lebron constantly.
In terms of fit (if the report is true), money (he can get a max deal and play in 4th largest media market in the country), winning (3-seed with YOUNG cornerstones), and longevity (again because of youth and him playing off ball) I can't imagine a better BASKETBALL situation.
Oh I almost forgot, the Sixers probably have a better coach than any other team mentioned here other than the Spurs.

17 May 2018 13:13:40
So with Boston media listing Green, Smith, Hill, and Clarkson as the most useless Cavs, any chance Lue Puts those 4 in the starting line up with Lebron? Anything to light a fire under his team's arses

1.) 17 May 2018 16:12:57
Cavs could win a game or 2 but they can't push the pace and D up all series. Nothing is capable of lighting to big a fire to hurt the celtics except for injury.

2.) 17 May 2018 18:26:06
Hill and Smith will be in ththe starting line up, but they have been for the entire playoffs. Green will get playing time. He hasn't been awful. He's one of the few Cavs that have looked truly competent on defense consistently this series. Clarkson probably shouldn't even be in the rotation. He's been bad for most of the playoffs. He's probably shot the ball more times than he's passed it and he's a bad defender.

The Cavs probably needed to take game 2 to win the series, but I still can't see it going less than 6 games. The Celtics haven't been nearly as good on the road as they have at home in the playoffs. Which isn't much of a surprise with how young their team is right now. I don't think the Cavs are completely done, but the lack of effort at times has me pretty skeptical that they can pull out a game on the road.

3.) 18 May 2018 01:20:06
Things could change on a dime, but right now it doesn't look like Cleveland wants to make the 48-minute rotation defensive commitment to win four of the next five games. That's a major problem right now because Celtics ball movement is creating too many uncontested shots. On the other end of the court just the opposite is happening.

08 May 2018 15:31:30
Outside of signing Lebron (I REALLY do not want to sign Lebron), what can the sixers do to compete with the Celtics at full strength?

1.) 08 May 2018 16:00:55
Celtics know how to win we got same problem in Milwaukee with a young team learning how to win.

2.) 08 May 2018 16:17:54
I think Klay Thompson is a perfect fit in Philly.

3.) 08 May 2018 16:18:14
I would like P George signing in philly.
And maybe they can trade for Leonard. Fultz, Covington and a draftpick would be a great package for him.
PG13 and Leonard can both play off ball, score, shoot 3's and play defence.

C: Embiid/ Holmes
PF: Saric
SF: George
SG: Leonard
PG: Simmons.

4.) 09 May 2018 13:04:57
@NBA you think the Warriors will let him go? What would that trade offer look like?

@Gasupo, I tried passing that the other day and it was shut down. Maybe trade for McCollum? Totally agree with signing PG though. Either the line up you said or.

07 May 2018 13:31:45
PHI off season

SAS gets Covington, Fultz, Bayless, LAL 2018 1st round (probably 10)

PHI gets Leonard

DRAFT: projected pick 26 - Jalen Brunson (pg Villanova)

Resign Redick
Resign Belinelli
Resign Ilyasova
Resign Johnson
Sign Paul George
Sign Trevor Booker

2018-2019 LINE UP:

Fultz is interchangeable with McConnell and TLC, Anderson, and Holmes, as well as any of the littany of second rounders the Sixers have could all be added to the trade.

All resignings have to be relatively cheap.

If Kawhi leaves in 2019, they can throw his money at Klay Thompson.

1.) 07 May 2018 14:00:14
Spurs won't give up Leonard for that mess.

2.) 07 May 2018 15:34:24
why not? they have their pick of the litter in regards to high ceiling prospects and draft picks.

3.) 07 May 2018 19:22:14
also, the numbers don't even come close to working. The sixers would have to give george a max. so that would take them to about 100 mill in salary. And that's not even taking into account all the other signings and resignings. I assure you, Reddick isn't going to resign for 2 years 2 million. its not at all thought out. Embiid is making near 30 mill by the time they need to sign simmons to near 30 mill. i'm skeptical about the contract structure for the sixers. all this trust the process crap, the problem also is sustainability. rookie contracts balloon up, like embiid. then what?

I'll give you Ingram. Not Ball. Maybe a sign and trade with Randle?

MAYBE if you threw Jackson in there. Otherwise I don't see it. Sacramento could probably get more for that pick.

So Philly gets nothing except some money and their biggest rival gets an all star? I don't think they would participate in that. They can stretch a Bayless buyout and still clear that cap space.

TJ Warren is not worth the Sixers moving back 6 spots.
