Wolves-Cavs-Knicks
- I know this trade wouldn't work because of the injury to Kevin Love and since Jae Crowder can't be traded until the offseason, but I feel like this trade could happen if not for the restrictions.
Wolves recieve:
- Kevin Love
- Joakim Noah
- Jae Crowder
- Derrick Rose
- Micheal Beasley
- 2018 2nd round pick from New York (via Chicago)
Knicks recieve:
- Gorgui Dieng
- Nemanja Bjelica
Cavs recieve:
- Jeff Teague
- Cole Aldrich
- Tyus Jones
- Justin Patton
- 2018 1st round pick from Minnesota (via Oklahoma City)
- 2019 2nd round pick from Minnesota (via Minnesota)
Future Lineups:
Wolves:
- Sign Ty Lawson or Brandon Jennings to vet. minimum to balance roster.
PG: D.Rose-FA-A.Brooks
SG: J.Butler-J.Crawford-S.Muhammad
SF: A.Wiggins-J.Crowder-M.Beasley
PF: K.Love-T.Gibson-M.Beasley
C: KAT-J.Noah-T.Gibson
Knicks:
- Same lineup except Dieng will be back up Center once Willy Hernangomez and/or Kyle O'Quinn are traded. Also, Nemanja Bjelica would be the back up power forward.
Cavs:
- This trade would only be the first of many for the Cavs because they would make more trades out of Isaiah Thomas, Tristan Thompson, and the Brooklyn Pick.
Why the teams do it:
Wolves:
- Minnesota does this trade because they would get a bunch of "Thibs" guys. While acquiring Noah's contract would hurt, they do acquire Kevin Love and Thibs could get some production out of Noah. Also, acquiring Derrick Rose and Micheal Beasley will help.
Knicks:
- The Knicks do this trade for one reason: they get rid of Joakim Noah. While the people they get back won't actually change there salary situation, the Knicks would actually get contributers (Dieng + Bjelica) - unlike Noah.
Cavs:
- The Cavs do this trade for the picks and they would now get an angle to trade Isaiah Thomas (because Jeff Teague would replace). Also, this trade makes Cleveland younger (Tyus Jones and Justin Patton) while also still giving them flexibility to still make other trades.

Hornets-Nuggets
Nuggets get:
- Kemba Walker
- Micheal Carter-Williams
Hornets get:
- Jamal Murray
- Wilson Chandler
- Lottery Protected 2018 Nuggets 1st Round

- The Nuggets should do this deal because they get Kemba Walker.

With Kemba running the point and Jokic and Millsap down low, the Nuggets would obtain an explosive and intriguing offense and future.
- With Jamal Murray, the Hornets start their rebuild with a a solid building block. Plus they would recieve a first round pick.

Now seeing the future lineup, I would put Kenneth Faried in Wilson Chandler's spot because of the lack of wings the Nuggets have.
Either way, Chandler or Faried were thrown into the deal for financial reasons, so Charlotte should be able to sell them cheap in the offseason or easily pay Faried or Chandler's salary in their rebuild.

Bulls-Jazz
Bulls send:
- Nikola Mirotic
- Denzel Valentine
- Paul Zipser
Jazz send:
- Rodney Hood
- Alec Burks
- Tony Bradley
- I think this is good for the Bulls because they get young players that can contribute to the future. I believe that Rodney Hood next to Zach LaVine would thrive in Fred Hoiberg's fast pace offense. Furthermore, Alec Burks could be a nice role player from the bench. Also, Tony Bradley is an intriguing, young big that has the potential to contribute for Chicago.
- I think the Jazz should do this because they not only get the perfect playmate for Gobert (Mirotic), but they also improve their shooting (Mirotic and Valentine) . Mirotic will thrive next to Gobert. Also, since Valentine is a better shooter than Burks, the Utah bench will become much more dangerous this season and next (once Dante Exum returns) . Paul Zipser is thrown in to balance the rosters out.
