No from LAC no need for Dmo. They have Speights and Bass as back ups while they keep some young guys.

Not that great a return for Philly. KJ Daniels is young but meh and can't shoot, Ariza is a solid veteran but doesn't make sense for this team, Harrell is a tweener at a position of strength for philly and Capela is basically a worse version of Noel and also plays a position that is already loaded.

No reason for Denver to do that deal as they have plenty of bigs with Nurkic, Jokic, Lauvergne, Faried, Arthur and especially don't need an offensive one that plays little D.

2nd trade is alright.

1st Denver and Philadelphia will be penalize if they don't spend the max, Philadelphia really wants to trade Okafor but not what teams want to give up. Okafor is better than any of denver bigs. 2 d mo is looking to get paid and he can be a excellent stretch four with Jordan and Paul running the point.

Tom Tom : there is no penalty for not getting to the salary floor, the money you are "short" of the floor is divided amongst your current roster. that is not an incentive to make a poor trade. your reasoning is flawed and borderline ridiculous.

Tom

Philly is not penalized. They have to spend to the cap floor or that portion left is divided among the guys they have. Not a big deal. Your asking them to give up a young stud big for nothing but to reach the cap floor?
