Mathews and Fournier are pretty similar players just fournier has 2 more years on the contract, so technically this trade is Smith for Grant + a pick in the 20s. Not a great trade imo.

I would change the pick to this year's 2019 magic pick (top 5 protection) to sweeten the deal for the mavs.
