That's kind of funny. You can't trade a lottery pick, as a lottery protected pick, when it is already a guaranteed lottery pick. I guess you could, but it would just be words you were trading for, right?

I'm not sure what's worse this guys terrible trades that never make sense or the fact that the rest of you don't even understand this can't happen. phoenix is giving up a lottery protected pick. The #2 pick would be lottery protected so there's no way possible orlando gets morant. The pick would have to fall outside of the lottery in order for Orlando to get it.
