The Cavs get J. Johnson, Waiters, Hill(exp), the 4th pick and A lottery protected Lakers 2021

The Pelicans get Love, Kuzma, Ingram, Ball, the 13th, 2 Miami 2nds, a Cleveland 2nd and save 7 million

The Lakers get AD

Miami gets Jr(waive), Moore (expiring) and save 13 million this year plus 26 million next year.

Not bad, but I think Cavs would pass. They could trade JR for Waiters or Johnson and 13th pick, but are trying to trade JR for future 1st. I think they will wait out free agency and then trade Love for prospect and future 1st. But it's a trade I could live with as a Cavs fan.

If someone ever offered what the Cavs consider fair value, I think the Cavs would trade Love. The Cavs differ on what they consider fair value. He's injured too much, and he's overpaid.

I wouldn't mind it. Cavs would have the 4th and 5th pick but I feel like Miami would want the Cavs to take Whiteside as well.
