Phoenix would have to add more salary (Warren or Jackson) to make salaries match for what DLo will be signing for. Phoenix doesn't have a ton of cap space if they also want the right to match any offer on Oubre.

Magnus, is right and I was wrong. I was using the 7+ years playing max contract instead of the 0-6 years of playing max salary which is $25 mil in year 1.
