Ummm, since Miami doesn't own a 2021 first, they are unable to trade the 2020 first until the 2020 draft day . but then Dragic will be untradeable because he is an expiring contract after the trade deadline.

So basically this deal is not possible.

Why would Cavs trade Clarkson's expiring contract for a worse player who makes more money with more years. If Cavs get involved in this trade it will be JR for Waiters and Herro or Bam. Then Miami cuts JR and gets $11 million closer for RW. Miami will most likely have to give up Bam and Herro to get RW.

Ummm it says "OKC gets 2020 first rounder via Miami" and Miami can't trade its 2022 until the day of the 2022 draft because Miami doesn't own a 2023 first rounder as well. If there wasnt a rule prohibiting trading consecutive first round picks.
