TOR OKC

TOR gets Gallinari and Adams
OKC get Ibaka, Gasol and 2022 1st

TOR gets a great effecient scoring option in Gallinari and a good unselfish role playing center in Adams. After this year the Raptors will have a weak spot at center this way they have a good center locked in for next year. They have Gallinari to help get them to the playoffs and help once they are in the playoffs. They are getting the better players Gallinari is better than Ibaka and Adams is better than Gasol so they give up a 1st.

OKC has an Ibaka reunion, adds a 1st to the collection, and opens up more salary next year so they aren't anywhere near the luxury tax as a rebuilding team. I don't see them doind this trade without getting the 1st so if adding the 1st is to much from TOR then this trade just doesn't happen OKC doesn't do it without the 1st.

I like the idea - the problem is that OKC can net a 1st with Gallinari alone. If they don't get assets this year for Adams they can just hold on to him and trade him next year or let his contract run out.

Okc has so many first. I think they should try and upgrade there first round picks instead just adding more from a good team.

Totally agree. OKC doesn't need more picks. They'll just package picks for any player they want, college or pro, over the next seven years.
