Hayward is easily the best player in the deal and it's a myth that Boston would or have to attach picks to move him. I'm not even confident that this trade makes Boston better but it makes them more well rounded with a more natural power forward and a bench scorer. It's really about how each team views Gordon who's just an average player right now but still has room to grow.
