Gordon can't be moved until the offseason, I think anyway, and with how well Powell has been playing, I doubt they'd trade him.

Raptors draft pics aren’t worth a whole lot, they’ve shown they can find players elsewhere. Love is 3-4 years younger than gasol, and is a better offensive player and way better rebounder than gasol.
