Would love to see a deal like this.

Jazz get Carter Jr, Sato, Young
Bulls get Gobert

Jazz seem to be headed for a breakup with Gobert, and he’s a fantastic anchor down low that could be a first move to help establish an identity and new beginning. He’s also a good fit next to Markkanen who should stick around if used correctly.

Jazz get a fresh start with a great young prospect and a couple pieces to help bolster depth. Or they could flip those for different things to make better fits.

I’d also like to see them next go after Paul from okc. He could also be a nice fit with that roster and further create a good identity and form a great culture which is needed.

Bulls get CP3, 2020 Denver 1st
Okc gets Porter, White

Losing White hurts, but I think it’s a win for the franchise as it catapults their culture and immediate outlook. Okc probably gets worse today for a better tomorrow. The pick is a sweetener.

Bulls could make more moves, but they could draft a top SF like Okoro or Avdija and trot out a lineup of:

CP3
Lavine
Draft
Markkanen
Gobert

Thoughts?

I like the first trade. It helps them take the next step and Gobert still has a lot left in the tank. I don’t see the second, I think Paul is just too old for that team to go after. They wouldn’t be a title contender with him and you wouldn’t get much time to build one.

Okc getting too much.

Utah would need the Bulls 2020 pick. Two ok young players isn’t getting the two time reigning DPOY.

Was thinking a gobert-adams swap may be interesting.

Fredman - I agree but okc doesn’t get value. No pick that trade won’t happen.
